Punk kid behind the counter started get hostile and mouthing off cuz i was “staring at him” even tho they make your food infront of you and of course imma watch you make my food. Came from behind the counter and tried squaring up with me before i left being the bigger person. Had to check my food to make sure he didnt tamper with it. Manager watched all this happen and didnt say nothing, acting scared of his employees. This location is terrible and the employees are sketchy.

Pretty disappointed I always come here and today used the online app and even tipped about $7 or $8 before I realized my order was wrong. Try checking the orders a little better, doesn’t seem to hard to read a ticket and make it correctly. No onions and added tomatoes, pretty cold even though it was toasted and I live right down the street. Just expected better and got disappointed

I came in to pick up a large order, it was an hour before closing and the employees were working hard cleaning the place up. We placed our order which was pretty big, close to $100 and everything was perfect. I’ve never had a problem with this location. The employees were great!

Terrible! I went in for the first time to get 2 footlong subs because I had a coupon. The owner (I believe) said they only take the coupons with online orders…which is fine but as a new customer you should be able to accommodate for a 1 time exception. I ended up paying $26 (double price then what i normally pay at other locations) for a reg meatball grinder..and a chicken and bacon..which I was charged extra for and when we got home the bacon wasn’t even in the sandwich. If I would’ve been able to see them making the sandwich then I would’ve said something but the lids aren’t even glass so it’s like they deliberately fill the sandwiches less without the customer being able to see to sace themselves money because when i got home Both subs were so poorly filled. What a rip off. Never going back again!

We have been patrons of this Subway for years. They have always taken coupons. My husband went there today (we had no power due to the storm) with a coupon and was told by a male worker,”we don’t take the coupons. He said,”we do not have to take the coupon. Read the coupon, read it, read it.” He was disrespectful. My husband said, “ok,” and left. We will never patronize that Subway
again. Very sad that workers treat customers with disrespect.
