Food is good, but customer service lacks terribly. Asked for a salad, it seemed to really bother the person making it, they were stingy with toppings, didn’t want to cut tomatos for it, turned out to be the worst salad I’ve ever had from Subway. Go to a different Subway.

Wonderful service! Great workers- they were so considerate and polite and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely come visit again, I even left a tip to thank them for their hard work. I encourage anyone to tip these young girls because even though it’s busy, they still make sure to be nice and are very patient.

The people were nice but paid 30 dollars for him to put no meat on my sandwiches got the Philly and it was so sparse I could see the bread with a few sprinkles of meat. Subway is going to have to step up there game…I pay less at Jersey Mike’s and they FILL your sandwiches….

Ok not even a star I hate this subway literally went to get a sub steak and cheese in a friendly way this old lady because she looked older than the other workers rolled her eyes at me as she said she only had cheese on the herb and cheese sub I asked her to replace it with Italian and got mad she even threw my food in the counter she was rude, some people just don’t deserve a job another reason is that their was a Hispanic girl and a guy that was Hispanic having difficulties speaking English she never helped him but did help another person these employees are absolutely awful the only ones I liked was the little girl working their the younger ones have more respect then the older ones

AMAZING SERVICE! I was coming home from work, and two young ladies helped me decide what to eat. I also came in with muddy shoes, and I was very, very sorry. They said it was okay and that they had it under control. Such wonderful workers!

We move back to Siler city two years ago and my mother suggested this subway for lunch and I have been sold ever sense !! This location is always clean from the front of the door to the back. The team is friendly professional and prompt. The service area is spotless and the bread and all the ingredients are crisp and fresh each time I visit . And to top it off they keep the dining area, the floors and the bathroom spotless.

I walked in and all 3 people were on their phones nit doing anything just on their phones. Only one got uo to help me while the other two stayed on their phones the whole time I was there. They made my food quickly. Floors needed to swept and was sticky in some places.
