Very unhappy with the service I received here today. I eat lunch here frequently, at least 3x/wk. there is one girl that frequently has an attitude and is horrible at making sandwiches on her bad days. On her good days you get lucky! There is another young lady (maybe Hispanic) who is always pleasant and greets you with a smile, and does a wonderful job. Today there were 2 new African American girls who simply destroyed my order today! If people take the time and listen, they would not make errors on their own part that requires them to make changes, that in turn causes them to have an attitude!!! Then they purposely ruin your food. Needless to say my appetite is ruined for today!!!! Look at these photos, would you want to consume this? GARBAGE!

I came in around 12:30 on 1/2/26 and subs were delicious. They were busy but the line moved quickly..my first time at this subway but I would come back. The employees were killing it!!!

Tonight Ja(can’t spell her real name, it’s pretty but complicated lol) and Natalie were so nice and welcoming and truly a breath of fresh air as I had a bad experience with another girl a few weeks ago but I just want the manager to know these two girls that work on October 31 night shift were awesome!!! Depending on who is working, they shut down the line over an hour before close, will only take online orders and will refuse to take in store orders.

Let me add, I only came to Subway because Jersey Mike’s closes earlier. When given any other option I’d prefer another sandwich purveyor. Not a good look to turn away what little business you get the few time we are forced to settle for your establishment.

Leticia, or T made me my sandwich and I had asked her for the freshest bread in white and she was so nice to touch a few with gloves of course, but she gave me the fresh bread. Then during my sandwich making, she talked with me and I found her to be so sweet, helpful, nice and more. I enjoyed visiting this subway… by the way the sandwich was delicious… and she was accommodating me with my coupon and phone number to save me even more money, which was refreshing too.. Can’t say enough good things.. thank you

This place messes up my orders every single time. First it was making subs instead of salads ( i ordered salads, i double checked) they didnt offer a refund or anything because “i got rhte sandwiches which “work” as replacements”. I try again today and i get my salads (small victory) but there is absolutely NO DRESSING. Im appalled. If you can’t read and follow simple instructions on a receipt then how did you get the job? Im genuinely concerned that this establishment will fail comlared to other subways because of the inconsistencies and poor service.

The most horrible experience ever!!! Everyone has an attitude, they treat your food like it’s trash. If you do not like your job, go find another. Being unhappy in your life or with yourself should not trickle over into a job that you applied for and accepted. Do some self-examination!!!!!!! Your responsibility to the public should be a priority, especially for the position YOU APPLIED FOR & ACCEPTED!!!!!!! Working with food is not for everyone! The cashier tried to make up for my experience and apologized, but needless to say, I WILL NOT BE OBLIGING THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!! In my OPINION the GM for this location needs to get in this location and do some evaluating of their employees. People are very unhappy with services received here, and that speaks volumes. I am not one for terminating jobs, but if they cannot serve the public in a respectable manner, WHY ARE THEY THERE?
