Order was made correctly. Was presented nicely and marked to identify cold cuts choice. Inquired if the disabled veterans organization were eligible for a discount. Was told they would check with the owner, which it appears they did not since full cost was charged and rendered.

So I tried this subway 3 times online … first time I ordered they gave me way too much mustard and mayo . When I asked for light and the 2nd time I came they didn’t have any bread but flat bread so I gave it a try . Still wasn’t good at all . Im suggesting that they put a little more care into online or mobile orders because of you stand in line and wait it’s not that bad . The last time I order through door dash and the food STILL HAD TOO MUCH MUSTARD AND MAYO I don’t understand how you can mess up on an online order with simple directions. I will not be returning to this store until management or the food gets better and somebody please tell them to fix the DRIVE THRU it’s been going on 3 months and still they haven’t contacted anyone to come fix it .

I’m genuinely curious to know, is the marinara on a pizza sub supposed to be warm? I am almost positive it is. Then can anyone from this Subway explain to me why my pizza sub has ice cold marinara sauce and solid cheese? Hello? Anybody? Guess you can’t answer here, like you don’t answer the phones from 8:40 PM-8:55 PM when I repeatedly called to inquire. However, I will add that I’m very disappointed in my cold pizza sub. If I wanted cold pizza for dinner tonight I would have ordered hot pizza yesterday. But oh well. Just provide the minimal amount of effort required for even mediocre customer service, then ignore the phones and you’ve got a great excuse for plausible deniability, right?!

If I could give the place a 0 I would! I placed a order last night to be picked up. I got a notification that the order was ready. Need I remind you I was 20 minutes from the store when I placed the order. We get there to pick it up they don’t see my order in the system they say but yet I had the Email showing that it said it was ready and paid for. When they finally pulled the ticket for the order the woman seen my husband waiting for another 15 minutes and was really rude and Unprofessional. She was worried about everyone else first. When she finally got the food made she just laid the food down on the Counter and my husband had to reach over and get it. Never said thank you for the Business or anything. We get home and some of the order was wrong. I will not be returning to the Reidsville location. This is not the 1st time we have had issues with this store. They are Awful

Rating should be a -10 DO NOT ever try to go there if you are on your lunch break. I waited for over 15 minutes with no one taking my order, and there was only 1 car in front of me when I got there!! I pulled up to window and was also ignored. Called location numerous times to complain but no answer!!! They lost myself and 2 other customers that day (2 cars behind me left also)!! I will never go back to that location.
