The employees working on 2/15/26 at 6:30 pm need to get it together. Ordered through the app. Both subs ordered were missing ingredients ordered, and the ingredients that were added was hardly there. I ordered enough ingredients that this should have been a hearty sandwich and it was very underwhelming. The mayo and chipolte was squirted in one spot on the sandwich and not enough to even amount to a teaspoon. Luckily I had some mayo at home to make this dry sandwich edible. My husband’s sub bread was burnt. Worst Subway experience I’ve had and hate we left a tip. Poor service like this is what will make customers hesitant to leave a tip on non table service. Won’t be back to this location.

The one in Wal Mart is awful. Bad service bad food and just a waste of space. Go to the one across the parking lot. Much cleaner and friendly service.

Ordered my food at 12 to be ready to pick up by 1:30 got there at 1:30 and no food waited till 2 pm to be my food and it was thrown together and disgusting she kept saying that she had to do the door dash instead of helping the customers in her line and was useless to anyone in there

Subway is my favorite place to eat but this one is Dirty and the person who was working she is so rude and not professional like I ordered my food 30 minutes ahead so that I can pick it up and go immediately back to work but Ashly decided to be rude because I asked her about my food and she said can you wait for it or you can just leave now I was like what?? I ordered my food 30 minutes ago why is it not ready she proceeded to give me attitude but I didn’t leave I waited for my food because I paid for it not her and she can’t give me the option to leave because that’s not this work. So overall be ready to wait 10 minutes plus just to get your order and it was freaking Salty like man I just wanted to enjoy my meal
