The people are nice but they don’t understand how to get orders done. I waited over an hour for my online order as I watched people get their food within 5 minutes ordering in person. It was extremely frustrating and then once I got my food and got home they made it wrong.

Since they changed owners it’s trash. Always out of stuff, slow as ever, employees won’t even talk to you..they just stare at you. They will do online orders first even with a line of people out the door.

I wish I could give no stars!!!! I just spent my whole break waiting to get food just to end up not being able to get food. The lady literally took 15 minutes to make a sandwich and a half just to start making an online order. Then had the audacity to say they have to get the online orders out first when I was clearly in line for a long time already. This is beyond ridiculous when this is the only subway in town.
