This place is miserable if anyone goes to this subway I pray for you and your family’s taste buds. This place had me throwing up for over 5 hours as I just tried to desperately eat a simple subway sandwich. My children when in misery after eating the sandwiches I gave them for over $30.00!!!. I order online from here often since it’s close to my job. When I go in and order they are sometimes out of ingredients and items. I get that part because of supply issues. What I don’t get is not putting bacon on a chicken BACON ranch wrap. I ordered online today a chicken bacon ranch spinach wrap. They forgot my……bacon. I get that it’s busy but double checking an order is always good. If they were out of bacon maybe the gentleman who handed me my wrap could have mentioned that to me. My first job ever in life was working as a sandwich artist at Subway (shout out to Roswell, NM North Main Street location!) I remember how many strips of bacon are included on a 6 inch, footlong and wrap. It’s not hard to forget. I’ll probably be back to this location but will order inside for now on. 🙂

Had to be one of the worst subways I have been to. I ordered online and arrived when when the order says it would be ready. The order hadn’t even been started. They were out of the meat for one sandwich. The other sandwich had an $1.50 add-on of avocado slices. They no longer carry avocado slices instead I get a scoop and a half of smashed avocado because that was all that was left in the pan. It was barely enough to give the foot long bread a green tint. The new pan of lettuce, the lettuce was already turning brown. The service was marginal. No friendly personality from either employee. In fact neither of them barely said anything.

This subway, used to be pretty good, however people are not being trained in making subs. They might want to move their new store hours up so people can see it. Not good for business. Owner’s in side just run to back. Wow.

They need to bring back the seafood and crab. I got the subway club with roast beef, turkey and ham made exactly as on the menu on wheat. It was totally bland. The only think with any flavor was the ham.

This is by far the best Subway I have ever eaten at. It has a fresh new look, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly. The bread and ingredients are fresh and make for a great sandwich. I can’t say enough good things about the owners and the wonderful environment they have created.

MAYBE if you go in and order they will have no choice but to serve you. If I were you I would not order through grub hub because subway WILL NOT pick up the phone if you just want to confirm that they got your order, IF they do they Will blatantly lie and say they never received your order (I guess they pick and choose who’s food they feel like making at the moment) I called grub hub Immediately after to see if it was on there end, grub hub then calls this subway (while I’m on hold) and subway tells them my food is ready for a driver to come pick up. THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE!!! I wish I could give no stars!
