Great service! The store could stand some deep cleaning and the vegetables could be a little fresher. They didn’t look at all appealing so I added no toppings to my sandwich (a hot meat sandwich with no veggies).

Used to be loyal to this location but tonight was our last visit. The man working had been the issue the past 3 times going. Told my fiance when he asked for extra mayo for my sub “who eats that much mayonnaise?” (It was barely any more than normal and yes I do like alotttt of it. It’s the only mayonnaise I like at all). I always ask for my sub to be toasted twice and it looks and feels like it was toasted for 5 seconds and put no cheese when I asked for extra cheese. Paper thin subs even having atleast 3 toppings each. My fiance asked for a side of mayo in a cup (because he knew it wasn’t enough for me) and the man refused and gave him packs of mayonnaise instead which is not the same (taste like all other mayonnaise). My fiance was embarrassed tonight because the man kept tapping the bottle of mayo to get enough out and there was a line behind him yet the man wouldn’t just get more (funny the bottle is always empty when I’m there). And don’t order online or you’ll be very disappointed. Everytime I do in order to get an online deal, I wait until I’m in the store and then I stand there and tell them how I want everything. Very sad that in this day and time, I can’t even get a decent sandwich for those prices and are treated like we have been.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub through the app. Got home and opened it up.. NO STEAK! Tried to call (repeatedly)for OVER a half hour… NO ANSWER! Thanks Subway.

I order 2 subs online, one was dipped to be toasted. I say there for 15 minutes. It was supposed to be ready by 5:40pm.i was there at 5:40pm. I went up to the counter, the guy came out of the back. He told me they didn’t even have an order for me I asked him about the bag behind him? He checked and asked me the name, I told him, and he said oh it’s been ready for a while. I Asked why no one told me since all 3 employees were in the back talking and laughing. So when I walked out and handed the bag to my husband he told me that both the subs were cold.

This is very disappointing for the price of the sandwich. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in 4ths it wasn’t cut. I asked for pickles on the side I was given a 8oz cup filled to the rim full of pickles. My sandwich is drowning in peppercorn ranch that I could not barely eat the $16 sub. This is completely unacceptable and if asking for modifications on a customized sandwich results in how the sandwich looks below then there’s a serious issue. I will not be returning to this location since it seems to be an inconvenience for staff to makes orders based on what is asked.

Employees all looked mad,they didn’t greet any customers and only gave a whispered what do you want? They really looked put upon to have to wait on anyone. There was a guy who finally took my order (he had been in back)he was better than the other 2. Anyway I get tired of restaurant workers who act like it’s a chore to wait on the people who are paying their salary!!Let me say I worked retail for years and although everyone has an off day you can’t just be nasty !!

We just left and they were overly rude!, one of the guys opened up and literally asked us “I know y’all were here before and wasn’t able to pay, are you sure you have the money this time??” Like Seriously!, they could have brought us to the side and asked that and not loud where the other customers could heard. it is currently 9:10 i used to work at a subway so I know the workers are suppose to be there a lil earlier to prep and make sure things are right before opening. however when i got here they were closed. workers inside sitting down acting like they not suppose to be open right now. staff here don’t do they job right at all.
