Yestarday evening I ordered a drink. When I asked for an extra cup of water as the female burista was making my drink, I was told that I would have to wait until she completed the customer’s drink in line behind me. When I saw that she was actually serious about her response and starting to make their drink instead of helping me first, I told her to forget about it and walked out. Very poor service and this girl needs to be trained in first come first serve to all paying customers!!!

everything was closed @10am, weird! I’m not a big fan of Starbucks anyways I can make myself my own cup of coffee it would rival there’s any day for what maybe a buck. You will never find me with a Starbucks cup in my hand unless it’s their complementary water if they give out.

Asked for a venti caffe vanilla frappuccino with an extra shot. I watched the barista make it and didn’t see her put the extra shot in it, so I asked if it had an extra shot when she handed me the drink. She looked at the cup, realized she hadn’t bothered to completely read the order, and said, “Oh, I can fix that,” and proceeded to scrape the whipped cream off into the sink, pour the drink back into a blender, add a shot, re-blend it, and pour it back into the original cup. Not only is this against Starbucks “re-make the complete drink” standard, but now it was just basically cold vanilla coffee – it wasn’t a Frappuccino any longer.
Won’t be letting this particular barista make any drinks for me in the future!

This is a nice Vons with allot of self checkouts just be careful not the homeless people and the dark parking lot at night I sometimes have people hit me up for $ and it scares me at night because the parking lot is dimmly lit

I am a Starbucks regular, and I have NEVER experienced such terrible service at a Starbucks. Drive two blocks to the real Starbucks on Grand. The convenience of it being in Vons isn’t worth it.

TERRIBLE!!! Those boys have no clue what they are doing….Rude!!!! After explaining twice how to prepare my drink…they couldn’t get it right!! Walked out without a drink.. Highly recommend Starbucks at Grand and elm!!
