Ordered Tuna fish sandwich, the tuna was horrible the employee used his hands and was watery and looked different than before. I asked employee why tuna different he ignored me. One person working. Decided that even though we got there before closing and he took forever to make the subs for other people that he didn’t want to make any for us and turned us away. Completely unprofessional. My daughter slipped on the floor that was just a puddle of water with soap floating ontop- it hadn’t even been mopped out to cover the entire floor.

I have to say this was the best sandwich I have ever had from subway. I always get the exact same thing and I get it toasted. Usually the ends of the bread are hard as a rock, but not this time. The young man working there this morning must know something everyone else that works there don’t. The bread was toasted absolutely perfect, just crispy enough and still nice and soft. I don’t know the boys name but I would like to say thanks for the awesomeness. I’m definitely going there on lunch break again before we head back to Kentucky. Thanks

Went to this subway 8/30/24 at 1:05pm. We ordered online for curbside pickup. We got to the store and called so they could bring it out. The girl on the phone said “you can come in and get it” giggled and hung up. Just curious what the point of curbside pickup is? It’s really pointless to offer the service especially when I have 3 kids in the car and still have to go inside.

I enjoy coming here. The people that work here are friendly and welcome you when you enter. They are nice and kind and don’t rush to get you the door. Even when busy they are nice and try to have a conversation. That’s not to say they are slow because they will certainly get your order done as quickly as possible with a smile on their face.
I recommend this place wholeheartedly if you are looking for sub sandwichs.

I am still standing here after 15 minutes of waiting for the employees to make 3 subs. Apparently to go orders takes priority over someone who has been waiting 15 minutes. I can’t wait till Jersey Mike’s opens up. This place is the slowest Subway I have ever been to.
