I went there tonight and was put in one of two lines. One for online orders, pretty short line and my line for in person orders, pretty long line! I just said the hell with it and will go to Sheetz! Subway show some consideration for your customers!

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. Subway corporate should seriously consider the feedback provided here.
While traveling, we decided to stop for dinner and placed an order for two footlongs at 9:29 pm—well before the 10 pm closing time—using the Subway app. We arrived at 9:31 pm, intending to thank the staff and even tip them in cash for their service.

Unfortunately, what we encountered was surprising and upsetting. The staff displayed a disrespectful attitude; one employee even told another, “If you don’t want to prepare it, just say so and send them back.” There were repeated smirks, head shakes, and an overall lack of courtesy throughout the interaction.

We were told that the oven had just been turned off and that they couldn’t toast our bread, which we accepted without complaint. However, the negative attitude continued, with more head shakes for each topping we requested. When we asked to have our sandwiches packed as two halves, we overheard murmurs and comments about us.

I’m not sure whether the behavior was racially motivated or simply disrespectful, but it was certainly unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. (For context, we are not white.)
My only point is: if you can’t prepare an order properly, please do not accept it in the first place.

This experience left us extremely dissatisfied, and I hope Subway corporate takes these concerns seriously.

Ordered a 6-inch and order of the Pepperoni dippers. They got cheese wrong for the sandwich, despite my pointing it out. Then they made the dippers wrong, by cramming all the meat on one side, and all the cheese in the other.

I eat… probably too much Subway, and in spite of this being my local option, I’d drive out of the way for it.

The food is, well, Subway. But… this location has incredible staff who take cleanliness, detail, and customer service seriously. Management excels at providing a good experience with their employees. Extremely consistent.

Also, to ownership? Let us tip your employees!

It’s a good location, but I had to wait for staff even after I rang the bell. The manager was the only person on staff and was working in the back. When she did come out, she was super friendly. Food was as expected for a subway.

Open on Christmas Day. Some of us are so busy at Christmas that we don’t have time to sit and eat. It was nice that this Subway was open and the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki was fresh and tasty.

This is the worst Subway in the area. Number one no one stays. Whoever owns it must be horrible to work for because there always seems to be someone new. New and poorly trained! Then they never have what is advertised. A few weeks ago they didn’t have the brisket. (The kid working at that time told us it was too expensive.) Now they don’t have the cheesy garlic. Again, someone new so no explanation as to why they didn’t have it.
I think this was my last trip to that particular Subway. Just not worth it. There are others in town.

They messed up every sandwich that was ordered. I ordered a turkey bacon sub with guacamole, they did not add guacamole, I ordered a Buffalo chicken with provolone cheese and they did not add any cheese, did not toast it because their toaster was down, and there was hair in my Buffalo sub that was also stopped together… yuck! Won’t ever be going back to this subway ever again…. worst one for sure.

Just grabbed 3 subs and let me tell you how wonderful the gentleman making them was. Such a sweet guy, very charming and funny. Sorry I didn’t get his name because he definitely needs a raise. Great job!!
