This the third time in a row our online order has been messed up. We usually have an order for two to five people. This las time there was one salad and two subs. One of the subs was missing one of the items requested. The other sub had several items on it that weren’t requested. The last time we had three of five of the subs wrong. Employees always look like they’re in a bad mood when we pickup our orders. It’s very disappointing, especially when they’re usually not that busy when we pick up. The food is great, when it’s what we order. Another note, when you order online the app tells you about promos running, like BOGO. However, when you go to place an order with this particular store, it won’t except the promos.

Very poor customer service! Hopefully they aren’t out of multiple types of bread or meats, which from my experience is a common occurrence. Not at all satisfied with the way they handled a simple mistake… First thing employee argued that there was no mistake, they we’re correct. Then offered to make my food correctly – and charge me again. Even after speaking with the assistant manager I was told that my food could not be redone to make it correctly not could it be refunded….sorry.

I had an online order. I ordered 2 salads, 2 subs and 4 cookies. I received no cookies, no salad dressing, one sub was such a mess it went everywhere when opened. Both salads had so much meat that we didn’t have but a very small amount of lettuce. They also didn’t honor the online deals.

They are not to close until 8 or 10pm but at 6pm I show up they are closed on a Friday. I see a sign on a piece of paper that reads” we will be open momentarily” but I have been waiting 30 mins and I see to girls in the sub shop goofing off. So are you open or not on Fridays??????

The subway in Philippi is nothing but Horrrible food, Slow staff, Unclean and Unorganized store, very sad to see so little done from the owner for his own franchise, I advise not eating here, or even attempt to get help for problems youve had after eating there, nothing will happen, and from what Ive seen, I wouldnt be surprised if this review gets erased as I have seen others dissapear in minutes, “The holland enterprise” is a joke, mold in bins at subway, and bed bugs in the apartments he owns, what a sad way to run yourself and a buisness.

A tuna sub should have more than 1 tiny scoop of tuna.
The staff seemed annoyed that I requested a stinkin bag to carry 2 bags of chips and a couple of cookies.
Considering I can eat at Applebees or Qudoba for a couple dollars more… I won’t miss Subway.
