Their Teri chicken is super tasty. The mixed veggies are bland and could benefit from sauce. The sushi was ok as were the dumplings. I can see why people rave about the chicken. This is in a food court … so that is what the atmosphere is. Will eat there again.

First when ordering the Standard Chicken Teriyaki Chicken Meal Combo the cashier said ok with fried rice. I assumed she was just going the motions of me ordering. I said ok. (Never assume). I looked at my receipt when I sat down and there was an upcharge for fried rice. ($.60) Not a big deal but she did not tell me there was an upcharge. I’m assuming this is common practice. A lot of customers may not look at the receipt since this charge is not so noticeable when paying the bill. The spring rolls were very greasy and the rest of the meal tasted overcooked. Not a great experience.

Teriyaki chicken is nothing special andthe cashier upsold me to buy 3 of the worst tempura shrimp I’ve ever had. My order was over 20 dollars and made me feel like a sucker. I will never eat here again.

I’ve been eating at this chain for 30+ years. This location is disappointing. Very poor quality beef. The shrimp has a strange bleach flavor. Cashier automatically upcharged me for fried rice when I wanted standard white rice. Cashier refused to give me a cup of tap water, and said only $3 bottle of water was available. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered takeout via Uber Eats. Two of three spring rolls were missing and also missing soy sauce and duck sauce as requested on original order. Got refund from Uber but two of my three guests didn’t enjoy their meals due to missing spring rolls. I don’t care about the cost or money, I just wanted all my food to complete the meals. Please pay closer attention to the takeout orders before sending out for delivery. The food was very good, I’m just upset about the missing spring rolls.

Our family wanted to eat here and so we made our way here. We enjoyed the food we ordered. 26 years ago was are first time here. Walking by they would offer samples then. We tried it and then ordered our meals at that time. One of our favorites to eat at. We like the Chicken Teriyaki meal.

I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. i ordered a chicken teriyaki plate with extra chicken and my husband ordered a chicken and shrimp teriyaki plate. We get to the cooks and they slap 2 plates of my order and say thats my order and tell us we didnt order a chicken and shrimp plate. We proceed to show them the receipt and they get an attitude and throw the food on the plate and slide it to us with a nasty attitude. I then go back to the woman at the register and tell her she charged me for 3 plates and we only ordered 2. She rolls her eyes at us and argues that we did and then asked for our card to refund. The cooks are very nasty and rude. They had the audacity to throw their hands up as if they were shooing us away! Is this truly what customer service is like at this place??? I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. THERE WAS NO REASON TO TREAT US THAT WAY AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MISTAKE WAS ON THE CASHIER. And as you can see in the picture the guy gives us the finger and tells us to move along while laughing like its a joke!

Came here today to get the buy one get one teriyaki because I received a text yesterday that the deal was going on today. And they were so rude and kept telling us it was not going on and really pretty much couldn’t understand what we were trying to say. To come back tomorrow. We said it was only for today July 15th as it stated on the ad. They just wanted to argue with us so we just paid for the food and then after that the cook slammed our stuff on to our trays. Y’all need to get it together at this location and hire some new people!
