Brought my kids in to this Subway after a dentist appointment on 4/27/23. The man and woman working were so welcoming and kind to us. They treated my kids with respect and were patient as they told them their orders. The restaurant was very clean, food was fresh, and service excellent. 10/10 experience. I will drive out of my way to come to this location for now on due to these 2 employees! Thank you so much for making a very hectic day have a positive ending.

There was one woman working. When she was away from the food she didnt cover it up. She made our subs and our one salad she dis it in an order so confusing I couldn’t trace the craziness. It also seemed like she let one of her friend in the back. The food was decent but again back to the hygiene. Before she came out to wait on us (she wasn’t already out front) there was a fly on the turkey.

The location I a bit out of the way. Which is kinda a good thing. That mean less people and little to no line! After that, it’s a Subway, same as all the other Subway’s. I will say tho this one is by far cleaner than the others in the area. AND the interior decorator is kinda nice, would be a place to hang out and get so e work done maybe.

Meatball hoagie was not eatable. The extra cheese was melted to the paper wrap, none of it on the sandwich. Way too much sauce on the sandwich, it made it so soggy you could not eat the bread. I looked like I had eaten spaghetti with my fingers it was so sloppy. The young girl was there by herself. Said she had been left on her own, look like she was ready to cry. Terrible management. My hoagie went into the garbage. The owner should be ashamed of leaving that poor girl there to run inside and drive thru on her own. Poor food NOT her fault. Wasted money. Will NOT go there again. Not the first time this happened. The one girl left early and left the poor young girl on her own. I would have taught the owner a lesson and just walked out. Poor ownership. Poor management.

Not very happy, very poor customer service, food wasn’t very good. No sweet tea brewed and very few drinks in their cooler. So only real choice was fountain pop… which I’m not supposed to have. I’ll stick to the nutterfort subway… they’re the best!

I felt so bad for the single employee working both the front and the Drive-thru window. Line in the front and 3 cars in the Drive-thru… with the buzzer going off. Shame on the onwer for not hiring in more help!!!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub tried calling the store to see about adding extra ranch no one answered when my sandwich got here the bread was soggy the lettuce was kind of brown and it wasn’t even cut in half
