It was late one night and we were traveling in West Virginia. Tired and hungry, we stopped at Subway for a quick bite. Server was cleaning up before closing. Her service was wonderful, attentive, thorough. Our order was perfect . Didn’t get here name, thank you for what you do!

This was from the Newell West Virginia location. Embarrassing. And the bread was pale white and it tasted like it wasn’t baked all the way through.

When I walked in the girl that was working had a horrible attitude I heard her say something about this B- while I was walking in. When she was making my sandwich she had an attitude and I did not feel comfortable. The food was soggy and generally did not taste very good.

Placed our order online, asked for the sandwiches to be toasted and the tomatoes, banana peppers and the dressing to be put on the side. Well nothing was done we asked for so the sandwiches were very very soggy. This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered that our order was not followed at this store. Then while eating a spider fell out of the sandwich I was eating! We order from this store a lot, needless to say we won’t be ordering from this store again.

Ordered a sandwich on line. The bread was smashed and smaller than it has been in the years passed. I ordered the bread to be toasted. It wasn’t. There was more mayo than meat and vegetables. After eating it I felt sick. Time to find another restaurant. This one has gone down hill in service and quality of food.

The Subway on route 30 has the most amazing employees. Subway is very standardized obviously but what makes this place stand out are the people that work there. I have never had a bad experience.

✨ ✨WONDERFUL! My teens and I had a positive, pleasant experience at this location in Chester on Rte.30 Customer service was flawless, and our subs, etc. were prepared to perfection. Wish this Subway would have been here back in the day when my dear friend (who lived on Rte.30) and I were sassy lasses zipping around in my red camaro. Highly recommend
