Sat in the bar. Excellent service and cocktails. Taco salad was awesome. Hamburger steak was delicious! Beer cheese soup was great!!! Thank you for a great experience and delicious dinner after a long work day!!!!

Had a wonderful buffet of three different and delicious lasagnas, plus chicken and green beans. Also soup and salad bar. Waitress was very nice, atmosphere great and also received a list of Friday night specials for the next couple months, which included Mexican, southern and German. Will be sure to take advantage of these delights also.

Ate here on a Friday night for the buffet and had the best (no exaggerating!!!) broasted chicken I’ve ever had (my wife said so as well). Found out Peggy, who was sitting a couple of booths over makes everything homemade… my son had some zucchini bread and the waitress offered to warm it up with some butter… he absolutely loved it. Had a great meal and was nice to visit with Peggy for a bit. We’ll be back on Sunday on our way out of town for some more chicken!!

We had their German Buffet . The food and service were excellent. We are happy that the First Friday German Buffet is back. We are looking forward to eating at this establishment again. I recommend checking this restaurant out. Their new name is CBS.

My husband and I were not very impressed. I suppose we are just used to our own ribeye steak. The place was very full and we had to wait but only 15 minutes or so. And the kids did not mind the waiting either since there was peanuts in a barrel to snack on while waiting.

I love this restaurant! Great waitress! Great owner/chef! Great atmosphere! So clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family about it!

I and 3 other people here last week on the way back from Jamestown. We order
4 ribeyes. No,they only had one left.
We ordered 4 primeribs. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!
I am aware what a primerib should look like and taste like. What we got was dead piece of something that was a primerib at one time. They tried to bring it back to life.
It did not work. If you can’t serve fresh prime take it off the menu. We paid $125.00 for the 4 of us. Worse meal
I have ever had. It did no good telling the waiter.

Food wasn’t very good. I just ordered a burger but my friends had a “ribeye” that may have been the grossest looking steak I’ve ever seen served. The people sitting behind us got their orders messed up and I overheard them saying “its like this every time we come here.” So not impressed at all

They were very busy, lots of customers and could have used another waitress but considering all the service was good and the food excellent. I have eaten there many times over the years I’ve lived in Ellendale ND.

The atmosphere was inviting, service was awesome and the food was amazing. The cook or cooks prepared my steak and eggs breakfast exactly to order. They did a great job!
