Service was absolutely terrible. Placed a pick up order and the gentleman handed me the wrong order. I told him that wasn’t my order and he insisted while slamming the receipt on the countertop (as I attempted to show him my online receipt). Thank goodness the other worker intervened and simply gave me my order, which was sitting right on the counter. I’ve never experienced such rudeness.

I ordered off the subway app and my sub only came with turkey, extra lettuce and extra mayo. I called Subway and I got told to leave my name and my number and that the manager would call me back or they’ll call me back. They called me back. They said that the only thing they can do is I can go there and they can remake it , but the only reason I DoorDash it was because I can’t go there i’m at work. So I get off the phone with them and I called DoorDash and they put me through with a lady that was very hard to understand. DoorDash then put me back on the phone with the subway worker and we begin fighting over the phone and I’m told her I don’t want a refund from their store I want a refund from DoorDash because my sub is wrong. She tells me my sub isn’t wrong. They only put three pumps of mayo on it. It’s very obviously that it’s not three pumps. The paper was dissolving in the mayo and it was getting in my sub and I couldn’t eat it because of how much mayo was on it. Everybody that I showed my sub to even said that looks disgusting, and that they wouldn’t even eat it as well.

Don’t use mobile you’ll be waiting for 30 minutes even though it’s been ready for the last 15. Trust me this order in person still wait around 15 minutes not to be rude. It’s just what’s the point of the app if you’re just gonna send it through like it’s done and still wait additional 17 minutes. It depends on the worker.

The food is fine. They’ve stopped taking all coupons, while every other Subway in the area still does. No reason to go here when you can get something identical for cheaper at any other location.

This location is one of the best locations I have ever been to this past Sat. Great costumer service! Best tasting subway I have had! Me and my husband had a horrifying experience at the Market Street location and we left there upset and with empty stomachs. Thankfully we ran into this location on our way to Beech Bottom and a very nice lady helped us get the sandwich we wanted and made us feel better with her good attitude. My once sure feeling that I was not going to get the subway sub that I was craving like crazy was gone. The excellent taste of the sandwich and great service made my ruined day better!

I absolutely love the Subway Raspberry Cheesecake cookies but, I hear they will no longer be serving them. If that is really true, I won’t patronize them anymore. Of course their subs are really, really good but, I’ll do without the subs if the Raspberry Cheesecake cookies are no more!!

So normally the staff is great and food is amazing. This evening that was not the case. We walked in at around 9:30 and could hear them complaining about the time. They rushed us to order as well as telling my daughters how disgusting the way they ordered their sandwiches. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Never fails!! This subway is the absolute worst in completing online or call in orders. I have never had an order ready for me at the time that was requested. Its like they gave no communication within the store at all. Called in talked to Shane he informed me that he would let the following shift know…I had to call back and a different person answered informed her that it would be just a little later that I’d pick it up. My husband gets off work to pick up food and no one knows what he’s talking about. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!!
