Just went through the drive thru and ordered a foot long Philly Steak Wrap and a foot long Turkey Wrap. The cost was $27.57. Get back home and find out they each were 6 inches each. I called the Elm Grove, WV Subway to try and resolve the mixup and the employee said even though the subs were 6 inches each, they had portions of a 12 inch sub (that I paid for). And that was that. They were okay with selling me (2) 6 inch subs for the price of (2) 12 inch subs.
I’ve ordered 12 inch subs from the same Subway before (14 Elm Grove Crossing) and never had an issue til now. Too bad I can’t post the pics I took with the tape measure.

Food not safely prepared not stickers on it The lady that answer the phone when called In and asked if she could could explain why when I order the sub there was no sticker on she said they don’t need to do that manger was so rude food un safe as could beware they don’t care what you eat there or what goes in your sub dangerous people

People are so lazy. When arrived at the restaurant it was open but sign was not on. On the door they have different schedule ( open and close time) it was dirty and they did not keep all the items and when asked they said they don’t have it. Asked for Italian bread and they said they don’t have it. I had to ask if they have pickles because their bins were empty. The guy serving us was too slow. I saw other customers were noticing and talking about his laziness. I over herd his conversation with another lady working their ( May be his manager ) he was working their for long time without break. Picture below is after filling the bins but on the picture I want to show you the cleanliness

All the employees are always standing outside smoking. Ive seen up to five of them standing around doing nothing. They should take the time to clean for once because this place is disgusting. Ive heard that there are roaches running around. They put the minimum effort into making the food and it always comes out terrible. Its impressive that this Subway is still open because Ive never met anyone who had a good experience here.

I stopped by on my lunch hour, used kiosk to order. Left off three items from my sandwich. Thought it felt light when he handed it to me as this is my regular order at other SUBWAYS. Called immediately but no answer. So stopped back 2 hours later after my shift ended. Counter person argued with me was terribly rude and demanded I show her my sandwich even though I had a reciept. I went out and got the sandwich and she still refused to help and went into back to call manager. Five mins later returns with my reciept pulled and says this is from two hours ago and you ate half the sandwich, there’s not a reason to even issue a refund. Sassy to say the least and not at all professional. I would never return to this ELM GROVE SUBWAY. $16 FOR ONE SANDWICH COMBO AND CAN’T EVEN EAT IT
