Attached to the Exxon General Store. Clean and friendly. It is what you would expect from a Subway. Just what you need in one stop. A sub for lunch, gas, beer and snacks.

You gotta love a place where you can get a 12 inch sub for 5 bucks. The veggies were fresh and the gal who made mine was very nice. I have yet to get something I didn’t expect from Subway. Always good quality. If you are heading north on 19, don’t go back to the light because you can’t turn right on red. I would suggest you make a left out of the Exxon and go up to Keller Ave ( 500 feet or so at the stone wall) then left again. It dumps you back out on 19 just before the New River Gorge Bridge.

Got a doordash order from this location. Ordered a footlong pro and a chicken teriyaki bowl. The footlong was supposed to be toasted which they failed to do. They didn’t put any chicken or avocado (which they charge extra for) in the bowl. Tried to contact the store by phone multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. So I had to drive to the store and have them fix the order. They said they were out of teriyaki chicken and avocado. So instead of using the contact information that is provided for situations like this they just decided to not put those items in the bowl. Had to make them remake the bowl and refund the money for the avocado. Won’t order from this location again. It seems like everytime we do online orders from here they mess atleast one thing up.

The girl taking the order could barely keep her eyes open and talk. I told her we wanted a BLT. She then turned to the guy next to her and asked what came on a BLT!?!?! She acted like she was high, but maybe she had some kind of disability, who knows.
The reason for leaving a bad review was because she was constantly wiping her noes with her fingers as she was making my food. I did pay for the food and didn’t say anything, but I threw it away as we was walking out. I wish these stores could get better workers!

Subway in fayetteville Wv is literally THE worst one! The 3 years I have in Fayetteville every time we do an online order for fayetteville subway they ALWAYS mess it up! Every time!! Tonight I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki salad bowl with mashed avacodo & when I got it there was no chicken or avacodo in it!! I paid 15$ for my salad and no chicken??? && my husband ordered a sandwhich toasted and they didnt bother doing that! Also we paid to have this door dashed! Every time we called FAYETTEVILLE SUBWAY they picked up the phone and hung it up or it just kept ringing! We had to go to the store & they said oh we didnt give you chicken because we were out of teriyaki chicken. I mean you could have replaced it with any other chicken or used our contact phone number that was on our order! FAYTTEVILLE SUBWAY!! FOR 3 YEARS YOU HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME! YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY MONEY AGAIN.
