I’ve only been here 3-4 times and the service and food has always been disappointing. We now only treat ourselves to blizzards, but the employees can’t seem to manage to make those correctly either. Came by tonight and ordered 4 blizzards and all were poorly made. Aside from the lack of the requested flavors being blended in, the ice cream was melted and had slopped over the outside of the cups. If she had tried to turn them upside down then the parking lot would have eaten it. Thankfully, the DQ in Creswell isn’t that far away and the experience is always positive. These women seem incredibly unhappy and I feel sorry for them. Life is too short to be so miserable.

Went through the drive-through nobody greeted me, Waited for about five minutes and decided to drive to the drive-through window and see that it’s all boarded up .
Could at least have the common decency to have a sign posted on your drive-through that you’re not taking drive-through orders.

The past three times I’ve gone, something had been closed. The other two times it was the lobby. Today I was told “the kitchen was closed” and they were doing only ice cream. Every time it was around 5pm. Not to mention the really bad attitude of the lady with the tulip tattoo on her neck, who glared at me when I handed her cash instead of card to pay and wasn’t listening when I asked to take something off my order.

It would be nice if they stopped filling the cups once they’re full. I get that it’s hot and ice cream melts. But maybe don’t overfill the cups and they won’t melt into cup holders and drip in your car. So glad I paid for an expensive detail 3 days ago

Horrible experience.the young lady working there has a very crappy attitude. The desert I ordered wasn’t available no big deal so I just ordered an ice water. I Was charged 3.29 for ice water. When I asked “why”she was rude and said
“whatever that’s what it said” and walked away. While she was telling her friends standing next to us yes to them asking for free food. She was dismissive and snide. I have gone here for years and have never had a bad experience until now.

First time eating here. Simply didn’t know Cottage Grove had a Dairy Queen. It’s not on/near the fast-food row by the main highway where we usually frequent but instead is located on the south end of the old highway, close to old town. It has a spacious & clean dining room. ONION RINGS were the best! Received food fast, hot & yummy. Had great service start to finish from “Charles” who was exceptionally courteous & respectful at all times to all customers. Plenty of free parking spots on both sides of the building. *Will definitely eat here again* but will ask for a food tray next time, which makes for an easier time carrying the food, napkins, condiments & drinks to the table as well as for clean-up when finished.

We each had a cheeseburger, fries and Blizzard. Blizzard was perfect. Fries were great. The cheeseburger had been pre-cooked and reheated in a microwave. The top bun on both burgers was so tough we could not eat them. A wasted lunch and $26:00, except for the blizzards. Too bad.

The drive through always take forever (we’re talking 20+ minutes) for just one meal & 2 sundaes. Also, call ahead as the hours posted here are not the actual hours (we tried coming at 7:06pm on a Tuesday and the place was closed with all lights off when the hours on here say open till 9pm).
