Bro forgot my mayo and my tomatoes on a sub i ordered off the menu. To top it off i asked for a new footlong cookie and he said yea, forgot to make it and we tried reminding him at checkout and he just tapped the card reader and asked for a tip.
I had to go to completely different subway to get mayo and tomatoes put on my sub as well as the footlong cookie. I rarely go to subway and once again i am reminded why.

Just a heads up— The people who work here don’t wash their hands before they make your food! They’ll handle money, then go grab gloves touching the outside of the glove covered in germs. Happy to see how gross it is so I can avoid ever eating there again

So I just visited this location to purchase a sandwich. The two working were named devin and Jason, I have never had better service at subway. They showed a great amount of customer service and this site was exceptionally clean. I will be back.

Drive thru always takes 20 mins at least before they take my order. Then will have them repeat my order and even when the repeat it correctly they still majorly screw up all sandwhiches. All 3 were supposed to be toasted and not one of them was. They also screwed up my cheese not sure how you can confuse pepper jack for any other cheese. Ive tried them over and over again over the last 3 years and consistently have the slowest drive thru service ever…with 60% of the time there not busy and there is no one else in the store. This subway absolutely sucks. There was no one in front of me at the drive thru, no one in the store and it took them 20 mins to even take my order, another 10 mins for me to make sure they recited it right then took another 30 mins for them to make 3 sandwhiches…… shoulda went to a Texas Steakhouse it would have been faster.
