Probably last time ordering from this place, everyone that i’ve interacted with has been rude, maybe a nice worker every now and then, there is a difference between having a bad day and being plain out rude. I ordered online picked it up. Didn’t get the right bread which you pay extra for, literally no mayo at all. every-time i’ve came in the tables are dirty. Go to the one inside Walmart so much better, nicer workers.

Bread was toasted but sandwhich was ice cold. Had a pickup order and instead of setting it out front in the designated puck up tray it was held in the back. Had to wait in line for 10 minutes just to get my order. The point of pickup is to avoid the lines.

I ordered a toasted 6 inch chicken teriyaki sub and an Italian bmt salad. The bun was toasted, but the meat was still half frozen. Like they’d just taken it out of the freezer, threw it on the bun and put it in the oven. The lettuce was wilted on the salad. Not to mention that it said it took 45 minutes for my order to be prepared and when I get there the 3 employees that work there are sitting in the customer booths playing on their phones and not even wearing masks. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. Will never order again.

Placed an order for pickup on the app, they called me 1 minute after they stopped taking new pickup orders to let me know they have to cancel the order because they no longer have one of the ingredients for the sandwich I ordered and even though I was fine with them making the sandwich without that ingredient, they could not make the order.

A great clean place to order and eat, when they have enough ingredients. Every time I’m go there they are always out of something. Bread, proteins, sauces… Other than that great workers great food- when you can get it.

The girl making our food today was high, didn’t know what was going on. Also the new way to heat the melts is awful, in a bag and when they stand it up everything comes off of the sandwich.
