Super cute Subway on the G Level across from the gift shop. Ordered a fresh Turkey & Bacon wrap! Service was quick & fresh. Very clean and super speedy! Great staff and very kind. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.

Being at a hospital location, having family members up all night, exhausted, upset, emotionally and physically drained, the staff could be less rude. The young man that checked my mother out was awful. I asked if they were still open at 515p (the close at 6p) the guy says, “yeah, What do you want”. We go to ask a question about the new advertised sandwich and he rudely said “it’s not good, what else do you want”. We get my mom a 6inch sandwich and he needs to learn his manners. I have not been more disappointed in subways service than I was here.

Went to get food for me my manager and a coworker yesterday we all are sick puking and have diarrhea. We will not be eating at this location for a very long time. Plus I called to let the manager know and all she said was she would have to see what she could do and get back with me when she can that she may not be able to refund but give us a coupon for a free sub. Why would we want a free sub after we all got sick really!!!
