The one in the Mercer Mall, day shift employees are terrible. i have been there 2 times in the last month. First time the female was so slow. 2nd time i gave the guy a list of subs (5) told him i would be back in a few minutes while i went to another restaurant, now mind you no one else was there. When I came back he was waiting on other people that had showed up while i was gone. When he noticed I was there is when he started to fix mine. Needless to say I was late getting back with the lunch that was for visitors to our company. Now today,8-1-19, I try calling several times,so this time it would be ready, and no one answers. Guess what Subway, Mercer Mall, this will not happen again. If I ever eat there again I will be sure to go in the evening when they have a different crew. Maybe they should think about having more then 1 person there in the day time.

I love the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I used to get the chicken salad, too, but they do not offer that anymore. Go figure!! They still offer tuna salad. I am not a big fan of meat, but I love seafood and chicken (breast only). I love that you can get cookies for dessert, because after I eat I want a little something sweet. I like some of the salads, also. I have never tried the wraps, so I cannot offer an opinion on those.

Don’t come here expecting fast service. Like most subways, they have one guy to every 50 customers. Took us 20 minutes to get 5 subs.

Some restaurants are clean and staff are good but others have rude staff and don’t clean as well as they should.
