The lady working wouldn’t even look at the coupon I had presented to make sure the establishment accepted them. But she immediately informed me I could only make an order for sandwiches off the Build You Own menu, which I wasn’t familiar with. I opted out of ordering and went to the Subway in Bluefield, VA instead. Where the coupon was absolutely accepted there, no questions asked. It was a little after 9pm and she was or appeared to be the only one working but I was also the only customer in the building.

Stopped here at about 6 PM on 3/5/23. After being told they didn’t have the first two items we wanted on our sandwiches, I asked for pepper jack cheese. I was informed that they had NO cheese! The two workers had the energy and work ethic of a sloth. How pathetic! This was, until recently, a much better Subway than our local one. We won’t be back!

Rude. Would rather take a smoke break then do their job. Nothing was stocked. Drinks were out and it was just carbonated water instead of sprite and cherry coke. Veggies that were left didn’t look good. Rude with other costumers as well.
