I ordered wings and they were the best (non whole) I’ve had! Cooked perfectly, hot on delivery, the crunch on the skin, everything was perfect. The pizza is good, a bit too sweet for me and the crust needs flavor. A butter glaze or garlic or something. I love the thinness of the hand tossed

If I could give zero stars I would! This Horn Lake location is straight TRASH! The past 3 orders I’ve made have been terrible. The first order the longest strand of hair in it I called to report it and was promised a credit. I have yet to see this credit. I was emailed after I took a survey and was promised a credit I have yet to see that credit. I called and asked if I place an order can I get the credit applied so I can get delivery. Still no credit and that second order came 2 hours later. Tonight I place an order at 10:15 it’s now 12:08 and Pizza Hut is closed. I still have no word or notice about my order. And every time you call the store it connects you to customer service and they can’t even call the store. Do not recommend!! I will be shopping at Marco’s moving forward.

For years this location has suffered from bad management. And there’s still a lot of room for improvement. The service is slow. The workers are unprofessional and they don’t work well under pressure. Which causes them to be rude to costumers. If you love eating at Pizza Hut that much, by all means eat it all day long.. Just not at this location.

i ordered a pizza at 4:30. it was supposed to be delivered at 5 and when 5:30 rolled around i called and you can only get in touch with a call center and they don’t have any more information than you have in your pizza tracker. it’s currently 6 and still no pizza. this is completely ridiculous.

I placed my order and after 1 hour and 30 mins I called to check on the order. They told me the driver couldn’t find my residence and when I asked them if he called me they said no. If you can’t make the delivery atleast notify me! Never ordering from here again
