Went to this location and ordered 2 subs. The staff or “sandwich artist” was friendly and made our sandwiches perfect and didn’t mind adding extra sauce etc. To make sure we were satisfied. The lady also marked one of the sandwiches wrapper with a sticker so we could easily tell them apart. This location wasn’t busy at the time I went in but I went in the afternoon. Price was decent and the subs were very good and didn’t fall apart and were not soggy when we got them home. Store was clean and well organized, advertisements for new subs available were visible and appealing. They also now serve 2 different kinds of soup. To each their own, but I went in today around 7:15 pm and the whole place smelled like Marijuana and my food had a faint taste of it. You could also smell it very strong on the lady serving us. Not very good customer service.

Most Subway stores are excellent. You order what you want, the way you want it. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The stores are clean. You know what to expect. The servers are friendly and willing to give you exactly what you ask for. This Subway was just Great. Everything was perfect. We got the sandwiches to take on a ten hour plane trip. They were packaged just as we had asked. Thank you .

My husband and I love Subway! They make delicious, healthy sandwiches! We esp. love the Steak and Cheese on Flat bread with lots of veggies (with Aoli Garlic sauce). We always get excellent customer service, and the atmosphere is great. The Subway restaurants are always clean as well. Thank you Subway for providing us and all your customers with great customer service and absolutely delicious and healthy sandwiches!!!!

Ridiculously slow!!! Employees are not very well trained for issues. System was down and employees had no clue what to do. Upon watching the customer place their order and have their food made i walked out. My ten year old could’ve made a better sandwich than that. The employee was to busy wrapped up in what was goi going on with the register versus providing good customer service to the customer in front of them. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had, but i assure you it will be the last.

I’ve never been a fan of Subway but it was my only choice I had today. I was like hmm I’ll try the salad how bad could it be. Boy oh boy was I wrong. I took 2 bites and threw the rest in the trash. The chicken was cold, tasted old, the vegetables were withered and not fresh. I’m done with Subway forever. For 7.10 I expected a much higher quality salad. McDonald’s/Wendy’s has a much better salad and cheaper. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Will never do business with this location! They took my money and never got the product. They continue to avoid my phone calls and emails. They told me to contact the corporate office and corporate told me that they do not issue refunds. She said that this is wrong on their end for telling me that. I placed an order by mistake on 12/5 and still fighting to get a refund back. Shame on them!! I also only gave it a 1 star, because it made me pick in order to post a review…smh
