Placed on order online and asked for extra lettuce and black olives. A $17 sandwich. Sub was made normally with regular quantities. I compared the quantity with another sub I ordered and portions were the same. I went back inside and asked for more lettuce and black olives as I had ordered. Manager wanted to argue with me and insist it was double. They also mixed up the types of bread for 2 sandwiches, but I let that slide. By far the sloppiest sandwich I have ever recieved from Subway in 26 years. Make the extra drive to Amherst. They’ll treat you right.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and was given 2 different bags with half the sandwich in one bag and half the sandwich in the other. I was handed the sandwich and was told “it is messy because there was so much on the sandwich”…. it was chicken, bacon, ranch, spinach, onion and tomato. I took it to my husband on his lunch break and this is what it looked like when it was opened up. I honestly can’t believe they served this to a customer… I’ve worked at Subway before and we weren’t allowed to give the customer something like this. I won’t be back.

I ordered online and paid with a gift card. When I arrived at 6:55 pm, there was a sign on the door that read “ We apologize for the inconvenience but, due to preparation of food and no bread, we will be closed until 6:45.” I called the store, they didn’t answer. Multiple customers called the store and still, no answer. I have not received a refund and it’s been more than a week.
I’ve ordered from this location twice; the first time the food wasn’t up to standards and the last time, they refused to serve their customers. DO NOT order from this store; you’ll lose your money and the food isn’t great.
How they’re still in business is beyond me!

Worst ever! 2 employees in back upon arrival. They came out looking disheveled & adjusting their clothing. The sub was horrible the bread was stale & the meet was borderline slimy. Beware people.

They have the vegetarian protein patty, a feature missing from their sibling in Amherst. It looks sketchy on the outside, but they are open and seem to be a regular subway, but they are working out how to make it a drive-through, so that is a novelty. The sandwich artists were kind and quick.

It had been awhile since I had been to this location and I’m glad I stopped by. The store was very clean. The food area was very clean and fresh. Even the bread was perfect. The lady who helped me was very nice and actually made my sub beautiful during a rush which was appreciated. I will definitely be making this my first location again!
