I arrived after having problems with the app. They were not busy… My order was to be done at 5:00 it’s almost 5:30. People in line are helped right a away… But they kept saying they will work on it 5:30 and I’m still here. I’m sure the food will be good.. But service is bad.

I stopped eating at all subways due to disconnecting the brown mustard and now the Madison Heights Subway slices the meat to thin. Now its just sliver of meat to a ton of lettuce. If I wanted a veggie sub I could make one at home. Hardly worth it!

Kudos to Jason and Kayla for another award winning experience with subway. Once again I went for the foot long bogo, um um so satisfying. The service was fast and friendly and exceptional. My family and I LOVE Subway but shyed away for a long while because the previous experiences weren’t pleasant. No shade but food not fresh and leftover and the staff seemed distant from the job in more ways than one. I count every blessing and I’m so glad to have our Subway back. My family and I really missed y’all.

The last two times ordering at this location we’ve used the app. There seems to be a trend of just drenching the sandwiches and salads in condiments and dressings. Even when selecting the less option , both times all the food is virtually inedible it’s so wet and sogged down. This happened yet again with sandwiches and a salad. Not even a handful of lettuce in the salad we ordered (when more was selected), ordered and paid for double protein, and didn’t even get a normal serving, all sitting in a bowl of dressing and onions. The salad was more of a soup than a salad. The worker was rude and very standoffish. I question the level of competency required to work for Subway if any employee thinks it’s okay to serve food like this.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and was given 2 different bags with half the sandwich in one bag and half the sandwich in the other. I was handed the sandwich and was told “it is messy because there was so much on the sandwich”…. it was chicken, bacon, ranch, spinach, onion and tomato. I took it to my husband on his lunch break and this is what it looked like when it was opened up. I honestly can’t believe they served this to a customer… I’ve worked at Subway before and we weren’t allowed to give the customer something like this. I won’t be back.

Our family loves this subway location because of an employee named Blake. He is patient with every customer and very polite to everyone that we have seen him serve. Even under the worst circumstances. We have used this location only for over a year now because it feels like home!
