Ordered a pizza online that was delivered through door dash. The driver must have messed up and dropped the box because he delivered to me a mess of a “pizza”. Called the store and they were very friendly and polite. Sent me a new pizza right away and this one came hot and well-handled. I appreciate the employees for taking the time to make this right Hopefully pizza hut realizes that outsourcing deliveries to door dash is not working out for the customer and ultimately the business as well. Bring back real delivery drivers

first off the number on the website and google is not accurate. I also ordered hand tossed and got thin crust. Plus they HAD to of changed the pasta recipe it tastes like canned Alfredo sauce with NO CHICKEN. Uhm how is this chicken Alfredo then?

Had hard time ordering on line so I called. They tried to make be go to the Wyoming location but it was at least a 30 minute wait. So went to this Washington location. The on phone person said the cost would be $23 for a stuff crust pizza. I said never mind. Then they dropped the price to $13.99. Then added $2.xx in tax. I said that didn’t compute. Then the price changed to $14.99. Anyway…as I was walking in to get the pizza, they had just taken out and boxed. Perfectly done.

I ordered the pizza on Saturday I never got it and I never received a refund I put her in a request online and never heard back from them when I call the store nobody answers it just hangs up automatically. Never experienced such behavior before tbh

The driver couldn’t follow clear instructions for the building (might’ve been an issue on the part of Doordash + Language barrier, but I digress) and then the pizza arrived looking like the picture below. Additionally, this was a medium pizza! It looks so small for how much it costs. Not to mention that it was only just edible at best. Never ordering from another Pizza Hut again.

Well this was a terrible experience. First of all we asked for our pizza to be cut in squares. And I can’t figure out what shape these pieces are suppose to be. Second I order two sets of boneless wings and the wings first have no sauce and second they didn’t even put the 8 count in them. Waste of money. Completely Would give them ZERO STARS, if I could.

I placed an order for two pizzas and some wings from them over a week ago. Once the delivery was made they were missing one of my pizzas so I had to wait for them to go back and deliver that one as well. An hour later I received my pizza and they gave me half off the order which was great, but I opened the box for the pizza and you could tell it was rushed. It was a pineapple and ham and all of the pineapples were thrown in the middle. Not only did I have to wait for the remainder of my order, but it wasn’t great quality at all and it made me even more upset. I was supposed to get a call, but never did after reaching out to customer support. I normally don’t write reviews like this, but after seeing the other ones I know I’m not alone when it comes to the unsatisfactory experience I’ve had.

the fact that i’ve always ordered from this location and they’ve never messed up my order this was truly an embarrassment. i ordered pizza for my co workers and truly is an embarrassment for myself that this is what i got to feed them. pizza came all over the place. i’m talking about the slices were on top of each other. obviously i can’t fix it if the pieces of pizza have cheese stuck to one another
