Agreed! One of the worst places to grab a sandwich if you want more than bread and meat. Prices are high. Then there is a $4 add on charge for proten on the sandwich (not shown on the menu) if you want it. Fixings are very, very skimpy. Does Subway corporate office have a clue what this location is doing to their reputation?

One of the worst places to grab a sandwich if you want more than bread and meat. I asked over again for more veggies for my veggie delight. I was not given more and was told the sandwich would not close. I got about 5-6 leaves of spinach after asking for more I got about 8 pieces.

Well worth driving an extra 8 minutes to either of the other 2 locations in town. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the employees just talked in the back and once the gentleman came around the corner he just stood there and looked at me without speaking which led to a 10 second awkward silence of us just looking at each other, then he simply said “Hi.” I shouldn’t have to initiate a conversation at a food establishment. Once I got my sandwich the egg was still frozen in the middle of the sandwich and had to reheat it once I got home. Just an all around ridiculous experience. Went to another location this morning and it was a completely different and pleasurable experience with a great sandwich. They get 5 stars while this Walmart location gets 1. I should’ve known better.

Take out but paid dine in prices 36 dollars for 2 subs and a couple other things the guys working had full beards long hair but neither wear hair nets of any kind. Couldn’t hear a word they said but they were nice but still had to give my opinion

I went in with my small child and ordered a sub, the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and made it perfectly to my specifications… With the exception of the aspercreme that was all over the sandwich. I’m very glad that I took the first bite instead of handing it directly to my son like I normally do. I called to let them know and I was hung up on.I reported this to corporate because not only is that unacceptable, it’s dangerous. I’m assuming the gentleman who made my sandwich was using some form of pain relief gel on his hands or something and did not wash them because it was all over my sandwich. You could smell it and you could taste it.. awful.

Very poor customer service and food safety practices at this Subway. The bread was very undercooked on the bottom. Instead of immediately offering to make a new sandwich, the employee said nothing to me, went to the back and rummaged through two drawers to finally find a thermometer at the back, wiped it off on a napkin, stuck it in the bread, and said “your bread is cooked.” When I asked if she was going to make another sandwich she repeated that the bread was cooked. I asked for my money back and she was rude to me about that as well before finally giving it back. The bread was not cooked properly. They are supposed to take temps at least four times a day so she should not have to search for a thermometer at the back of a drawer in a zipped pouch if they are doing what they are supposed to do for food safety. I’m leaving out several other rude things for brevity here but I gave a detailed report of my experience to the Subway corporate customer service rep and they gave my number to the “manager” at the local store. I received a phone call back from the very same employee who had been so rude to me and the first thing out of her mouth was “I wasn’t rude to you.”

I’ve been coming to this subway almost every week for a few months now. The younger girl (seems like she’s the owner or co-owner) at the front counter always seems to have an attitude, it’s like she’s in such a big obligation to make my sandwich/wrap. There’s no such thing as greeting the customer- saying hello, how are you, smiling or making any sort of eye contact. The unfriendliness is uncomfortable and I always hope someone else is behind the counter (the younger guys are nice and there is a new older woman who is very nice). She really should fix her approach- your in a people oriented business and everyone is PAYING for their food and service.. she’s not doing me a favor so she needs to stop acting like it every time she’s making my sandwich/wrap.

Poorly staffed. Woman working was complaining to the guy who made our food about someone taking money from the drawer. She then proceeded to complain about various other things. The guy threatened to leave. She said she didn’t care if he did leave. And then turned to another customer and told him that the other employee was “very messy”. I could go on, with her cussing etc. Not at all acceptable in the presence of customers.

The service here is always terrible. Employees are rude. There were flies landing all over my sandwich. After eating, I immediately started feeling sick. I woke up the next morning with food poisoning. Do not go here.

Stopped in on Oct 22 with family who are visiting me from out of the country including an aunt who is wheelchair bound. The 2 people who were working that day were very nice. They were helpful and patient in taking our order despite the language barrier and went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you for your kindness 🙂
