Woman behind the counter asked me twice if I wanted my sandwich toasted, and twice I said “yes”. She then asked me a third time, to which I yelled “yes”, she then had the audacity to act like I’m the a-hole for yelling.

The restaurant was clean. The sub was made exactly like I wanted it. The service was great. And the staff was exceptional. They were very respectful and friendly. I will definitely go back.

I tried to place an order online. It wouldn’t allow me to order breakfast. I called the store, and the lady said they could make breakfast if I wanted. So I proceed with my order. I get my food. It’s warm, looks good, I’m so hungry that it wasn’t until I was halfway done, that I realize they had forgotten my meat on my sandwich. Normally I would have been mad and taken it back, but I was so hungry and it was still good. Just really wish I wouldn’t have gotten charged for extra cheese when they forgot my meat.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Only way to cancel order on the app is to submit a form. Called the store several times. They never answered and I never got my money back. Very frustrating
