I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill. I specifically ordered a vegetarian bowl, but while eating I found a piece of beef in my food. For customers who is a vegetarian, this is a serious issue and shows a lack of care in food preparation.
I understand mistakes can happen, but proper attention should be given to avoid cross-contamination, especially when customers intentionally order vegetarian meals. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their food handling practices to prevent this from happening again.

We ordered two build your own. One chicken and one steak. This order was to feed a friend and family who had lost their father.
The food exceeded my expectations. The food was packaged perfectly and the food was fresh and tasted fantastic. The portions were large and easily fed 12 people. In addition to the food the order contained the silverware, napkins and bowls.
We picked up the order during lunch and the staff was attentive to delivering our order while working very hard on completing the other customers order.
I highly recommend the Elm Hill Pk location.

Absolutely worst chipotle I’ve been to. Employees are extremely rude and lazy. I asked for plain brown rice due to not being able to eat cilantro. The employee looks at me like I’m crazy and says “well we only have this brown rice so do you want it”. I said no I need the brown rice without cilanteo… and she rolls her eyes and tells another employee to get her some. The food area is dirty and the meat looks super dry like it’s been sitting out all day. I had to walk out. It suck’s because we love chipotle and this is close to our house but we will drive out of our way from now on. Management needs to step it up. I will be contacting corporate.

This was the first burrito I’ve had in years from Chipotle that tasted like the Chipotle I remember from 15 years ago. Meat actually had flavor. Portion was perfect. Chips still barely had salt or lime on them but whatever with the standards at Chipotle across the country in recent years being incredibly low, I’ll take a delicious burrito any day.

Kenzie is always so so so kind and so professional. Even if she’s not working the line, she’s always working the register with actual pure joy. Quick to greet us with a smile while other employees are busy handling drive through pick ups/food delivery AND cooking. Patient and kind. Always happy (or at least presenting — i say that because i know it’s hard to ever be happy dealing with customers especially at a place people are always using internet hacks and pointing their fingers over the glass) She is always smiling even when it’s insanely busy. I know that’s hard to do working food service! Make her a manager. You can always use one more! She is so sweet! We love Kenzie! We also love the other staff — i haven’t had enough one on one time to catch their names but they are sweet when dealing with complicated orders. Chipotle is a hard place to work and everyone who leaves negative reviews clearly hasn’t worked in the industry. These people are busting their butts. Just wanted to give a special shoutout to Kenzie for maintaining (or masking!) her composure while dealing with the stress that comes with working at a place like this.

I ordered two half-and-half bowls with no extras and was pointing to the items to help the server understand what I wanted. When I got to the register, the total was $42, which is not the correct price for two regular bowls. I was then told I would have to step aside and wait for my food to be remade because the order was entered incorrectly, even though there was a long line behind me.
I have no issue paying the correct price for what I ordered, but I do have a problem being charged for something I did not request and being inconvenienced due to a communication issue on your end. Situations like this could be avoided with proper training, support, and a clear system in place for taking orders and assisting customers when there is a language barrier.
This experience showed a lack of organization and customer service, and it was very disappointing. I hope this can be addressed so other customers do not have the same experience.

If you want cold chicken and terrible portions, this is your chipolte to visit. Went in about an hour ago, got a horrible first scoop of chicken so I asked for double chicken. The 2nd scoop was half of the first scoop! What a joke. I have never given a chipotle a bad review but this one takes the cake. Whoever owns this place needs to check that store just for health purposes. Cold meat is disgusting. Didn’t even touch my food. 0/5 stars. Bad bad bad business.

Conveniently panda express is next-door for some reason I’ve been wanting chipotle all day at work and I went to this location because it was closer to my destination and stood in the restaurant for about five minutes. There was one other person in front of me, and they did not acknowledge anyone, but they kept looking towards our direction. do they need to be retrained in Customer Service or something

Showed up to get my burrito bowl 5 minutes early. Manager was rude. Actual worker wanted to help more than the Manager did. Don’t show up five minutes early for your order they will make you wait 10 minutes. I got tired of waiting, so I left and canceled my order. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I will never order from here again I would rather go to Taco Bell…

So happy I could finally have chipotle again! The one in my hometown was awful. The burrito bowl I ordered was perfect; it was delicious and fresh. The guac was amazing. I got plenty of chicken, and the rice was actually cooked lol.
