I came to get a protein bowl I had ask for 6 inch white bread to go with my salad mind u not at every subway I go to always say yes I had this girl with no name tag tell me no well I’ll make sure I will not comeback to this location. I also asked. For Parmesan cheese she said she put it in my salad but did not well I’m. Very disgusted … I’m not happy

Have given this location multiple chances which every time leaves you with the worse experience you could have. From what I can tell manage doesn’t seem to care was told by the employee the fridge for the produce had been left off since yesterday. This place is what I consider to be a true definition of a dumpster fire.

Did an online order and it was ready when I got there 10 minutes later and the sub was superb with an amazing welcome greeting and farewell when I left! I will definitely be going back.

Online order and I came there to pick up (employee said they didn’t get an order but told me “hang on I’ll get it”) …by the time I waited I was gonna be late to work so I had to leave. My order was received and said “read” …I was charged…was even there later then time on “ready time,” Sub was NEVER made. I had to leave, my order was canceled (not by me) I WAS NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! You CAN NOT CALL STORE …funny how no calls go through. This is by far the absolute WORST subway I have ever had to deal with. Trust me people, go a few miles down road to salem store! My family and I will NEVER order from Ironto Subway again!!!
