This location was ghetto. Wouldn’t of stopped if it wasn’t the only thing around. The condition of the exterior of the building was notrisious. My fries were cold and chicken was sub-par . The only thing this place had going was a pleasant staff. Bolth manager and cook were extremely nice. but obviously nice doesn’t cover there lack of making me fresh food

I’ve been to many a LJS in my life, this particular one is hands down the grossest one I’ve ever been in.
Usually out of a few somethings, I’m guessing cleaning products aren’t even ordered at this point.
I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, and gone back to see if they got a manager that can run a fast food restaurant. I am at least consistently disappointed. I have given up on them.

Needs new management,3 times in a row they have been out of main items. This time only had fries and cole slaw for sides and no shrimp. Someone not doing their job,but ultimatley its the managers fault when its happened 3 times in a row.

The food was halfway decent but nothing else was. The place looks so rundown and neglected. Their drive thru speaker has been out of order for quite a while and the restaurant was filthy. I don’t plan on going back.

The employees here are extremely rude to the customers. There is flys everywhere. The cashier yelled at the other employee in front of myself and the other Customers. The cashier did not smile one time or greet us when we walked up to the register. I do not recommend this location. Corporate needs to step in.

all i can say is the food was hot. they had no A&W menu, no shrimp, no ROOTBEER. tables were sticky. the pop was over carbonated, and flat. had to dump my drink out 4 Times! by far the worst trip I’ve had at Long John Silver’s, an absolute shame

I give this a one star, less stars if I could. The cashier was inattentive and forgot part of the order. Worse yet she heard it stated three times that my Grandma did not care about sides with the meal the only yhing she cared about was a rootbeer. Turns out tje cashier knew the rootbeer had been out for two days but didnt say anything until after selling the drink.

Didn’t have what was advertised. Didn’t even have root beer & this is an A&W place ! Fish was greasy. Rice was old or just tasteless. Coleslaw not the best, something was missing. Cashier was less than friendly, borderline rude.

Went here once and couldn’t order things I wanted becuase they said their fish and shrimp were frozen. Went another time and had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for my food, then when I got home I realized they forgot part of my order.
