My mom and I were here and placed two online orders, while sitting literally in their parking lot in my SUV. Before they were ready for pickup (about 5 min) our orders were canceled. We went inside, and asked why. They offered no explanation and claimed they never got it. I said that it did show on our end and inquired if would they honor our orders. We were told they would not honor either of our orders, despite showing them my phone as example, because “if it doesn’t come through their computer I can’t do anything”. My conclusion, they deleted our orders intentionally, simply because we used online coupons, and they just didn’t want to work. We lived 30 plus years in this town, to get kind of treatment? Seriously. Go somewhere else to get food. Meat sticks from any local gas station would be cheaper and faster, with friendlier service. Zero stars. Do not come here unless you plan to pay full price with crap customer service.

I just left this store. It was so hot in there I could hardly breathe. I was not able to get my sandwich toasted because the employees said the toaster would not work with it being as hot as it was inside the store.Also, I could not get any bacon because they could not cook it with the toaster not working. The employees were doing a wonderful job even with those excruciating conditions.

ive been to many subways, and this one is by far the WORST. Restrooms are customer only, so we decided to order something. The food is good, but the service SUCKS. The people are rude and pushy, they also for whatever reason lied about scanning coupons saying they don’t (the working scanner is right here) and went on to make fun of people with serious allergies and believe they aren’t real.

Pulled in at 2045 (845pm) lady was locking door and leaving. They close at 2100 (9pm) i politely said your not supposed to close til 9 and I was hoping to get dinner. Lady said not tonight and directed me to leave.

Super accessible to the Highway and clean restroom. The sandwich was ordered in advance so was ready at pick up. So good using the subway app. The Cstore in the same parking lot was super sketchy but had gas. We love the reliability and consistency of subway sandwiches no matter where we are traveling.

Ordered a $60 dollar pickup order. Salad for my kid was supposed to have extra lettuce- there is no lettuce in the salad, and the bacon in the salad is also not cooked its just cold floppy soft bacon. For a $12 dollar salad that should be criminal. My sandwich was also missing bacon that’s over $3. Guy was polite when I called, but offered no solution.

Beware they don’t take coupons. Food and service were ok, but I wouldn’t come back since they don’t accept Subway coupons. There was no sign on the door or when ordering that they don’t accept coupons. We didn’t know until it was time to pay. We’ve never encountered a Subway that didn’t accept Subway coupons before.
