The ONE employee that works there is always rude and nasty. She doesn’t know how to do her job well and has zero customer service skills. She literally toasted my sub to a crisp and didn’t see an issue, also she once saw me walking to the door and locked the doors so she didn’t have to work. very disappointed an will not be returning.

The employee was rude, grimy, and was not trained on anything. Chip rack was half empty, drink machine was out of order. Vegetables looked old, bread was stale. I’m contacting the location to ask for a refund this was so terrible.
I was the only customer and it took 15 minutes for 2 6” sandwiches. Doors and windows were dirty, and I almost tripped over a wet floor sign ñon the way in. Not coming back to this location.

We will never go back to this subway. Lord where to start. It was one African American woman mid aged light skin with with braces. We asked for philly cheesesteak WE GOT AN ICE COLD STEAK SANDWICH WITH RAW ONIONS RAW PEPPERS. CHEESE WAS ONLY TWO OPTIONS AMERICAN OR PEPPER JACK, SHE WAS RUDE ANDTHE SANDWICH WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS SUBWAY. TODAYS MARCH 6TH 2026 AT 130PM WE WAS THERE,SO HOPEFULLY THEY REPLACE THIS EMPLOYEE

stopped because my young daughter needed to use the bathroom. needed a key, so i waited for the lady making them to be done and asked for the key. she gave me an attitude, asking if I was buying anything. i said my daughter just really needed to use the bathroom. she rolled her eyes and walked away, cursing at me. came back with the key, i simply took it out of her hand and she said something about “snatch it out my hand again and see what happens.” i come back out, standing at the register to hand her the key back and she’s talking about me to other customers in the store, blatantly ignoring me trying to give her the key back so i set it on the counter and left. absolutely awful customer service, especially considering it was my child needing to use the bathroom. absolutely awful.

I went to this subway for the first time today I live in Roanoke, Virginia I go to another subway here all the time and have never had any issues. I go to the subway And order my sub with my Family That I’m trying to get my subs for as well And once I’ve ordered my sub They then tell me that they don’t have provolone cheese, which is What is supposed to come on my sandwich anyways and is what I wanted they told me they didn’t have any OK whatever… then They have no mayo… no ice and it’s just one thing after the next and honestly not even upset at the workers it has nothing to do with them this franchise store is garbage and will never be returning stock your stores correctly so customers can order the food that they actually want from your store

Your best bet is to probably go during the early day. If you go at night you’ll get greeted by a guy with an attitude that not only can you feel but HEAR from the back room as you step through the door (not the first time this has happened). He clearly hates his job. As if someone is forcing him to work there. I understand the frustrations with working fast food (I’ve worked at subway for a couple years before) but an attitude with every visit? That’s ridiculous. Guess I’ll find a different location.
