My husband and I had our baby shower last weekend. When he went to pick up the catering order I made online (I have the confirmation email) they told him someone called a couple days before that and placed an order over the phone. No one placed an order over the phone. My aunt who was helping plan the shower called to get PRICES and asked when the catering order needed to be placed. She was told to have someone come in 24 hours before hand to place the order. I went to the store 2 days before to place the order and was told by the worker that I needed to place it online. Which I did. When my husband went to pick it up he was confused and called me and I told him we have ONE catering order and that’s the one he had the email confirmation on. The worker REFUSED to give him the catering order we ALREADY PAID FOR until he paid for the other one. $190!!! How does a business refuse to give us an order we paid for because they screwed up and made a second order that we had NO IDEA about and we DID NOT PLACE! My husband was not able to get a refund or any of the food that was for sure ordered. They made him pay to get any of it. It took 14 years to get pregnant and we had to use IVF. One of the best days in our lives had a huge negative and stressful impact on our baby shower.

I’ve gone to many subways and this one is by far my favorite. The employees are always so nice and fast paced. Nathan had made my sub the last few times I’ve gone and he’s done a great job & has a great attitude & customer service skills.

I’ve been coming to this same Subway for 20 years now. We are not from the area, but stop there every time we drive up to our beach house. Krystle recognized my family immediately over the phone and she, Donna, and Shane gave us the best service. Krystle herself made sure that our sandwiches were toasted right, per our online instructions and went above and beyond to make sure that we not only enjoyed our meal— but our entire experience. I cannot recommend this specific Subway more. I never eat Subway normally, but this crew is always too amazing to skip.

Came in…I was the only person in line…the lady said give her a second and went to the back…I guess they are making catering orders…but should I have to wait for 15 minutes …her name was Donna…they are so rude…I stop there thinking it would be quick..slow…

Not busy, very wet and extremely dirty floor. Chips on front rail display not stocked, and dirty. Very nonchalant staff. Only left two stars because atleast the bathrooms were clean, and the girl stopped herself from touching the cookies when trying to get them to fit in the container. It’s a good thing because they were right back to eating and their social media accounts

I have never been disappointed in any Subway I have been to. I am amazed that each restaurant I have been to has a unique quality to it.
I’m not sure what the guidelines for hiring are , but everyone I have been to makes me feel that I have eaten a high quality meal.
As I enter I am warmly welcomed.

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to even show up to the counter, and they never did. You could hear the employees in the back talking and laughing with each other, but they still didnt go up to the front to see if there was anyone there. Looking at their products their cheese is dried out and vegetables wilted. After another 10 mins of no one coming to the counter I left . Poor customer service and unappealing product on the fresh bar.
