I travel across the state of Virginia for work. I’ve eaten at many dozens of subways, and this is by far the best one. The manager and staff are super friendly. And the food is always good. They recently remodeled the inside. Make a point to come to the subway!

I ordered 2 footlong subs through the app. Picked up 2 subs and realized one of the subs was wrong as soon as we got home and opened. I called right away to explain the mistake. I was very pleasant as I realized mistakes can happen in a busy environment. Marcos told me he needed to call the manager and requested I call back in 5 minutes. I thought that was odd, but did as asked. When I called back, I was told the manager (Justin) said the correct sub would not be made and that I could speak with him tomorrow. I am angry and told Marcos as much and that I would be expressing the same with Justin tomorrow! I’m hungry now! I want the correct sub I ordered and paid for now! Not tomorrow! I will NOT be ordering from this location again and I wanted to let others know what kind of management team is running this location!!

4 1/2 stars when ordering at store. 0 stars when using app for pick up. Just got a steak and cheese with 50% more steak and it had barely any steak on it. It was so bad that you know it was intentional. Not to mention the little steak that was on it was cold all stringy fat. I know 3 gas stations you’re better off going to fo half the price and 15× the steak and cheese.

Just wanted to use bathroom before ordering and was told it was closed because he just finished cleaning it. Then proceeded to tell me the 711 that never lets anyone use the bathroom that they have one. If you’re open your bathroom is open too if it’s operational. And based off their words it was open. Bad customer service at it’s finest. No one they have such a rotating staff

I’ve had good experiences here before not not tonight . I ordered two salads and one was like soup .. and didn’t have the bacon I paid EXTRA for and the other did not have Cucumbers and little to no dressing in it .Highly disappointed because this was my favorite subway to go to but will never order online again. Not to mention mine was supposed to be an All American Club and as well didn’t have bacon in it.
