Today I had the unfortunate experience of being racially profiled inside of this establishment. An employee who typically works at the drive through window was making remarks that made me uncomfortable, and I felt as though they were very belittling. I’ve came to this Dunkin for years, and almost every morning I have a poor interaction with this women. I have seen how she interacts with other employees and it seems like she doesn’t only belittle customers but she does with her employees as well. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this Dunkin anymore, nor do I recommend this Dunkin if you’re looking for a friendly, welcoming environment. This is one of multiple occasions I’ve had poor interactions with this worker for awhile now, and I don’t think I am the only customer who’s had these experiences

This morning I ordered a cinnamon cinnamon toasted bagel with extra strawberry cream cheese. It came with none and the hardest/stale burnt bagel I’ve ever had from Dunkin. When I went inside they told me they don’t put cream cheese on bagels and the manager openly expressed how much she hates her job and was pissed I asked for a new bagel because the one I got wasn’t edible and proceeded to give me an even more burnt bagel. I know customers can be rude but I’ve never been one of those and that was the worst customer service I ever experienced. The other reviews explain it all. Worst Dunkin ever

Worst DD of all time, i sat in drive thru for 23 of which 15 min was waiting for one car at window ahead of me. I understand large orders …things can take time but ask them to pull into a spot and keep it moving, i get to the window and they do not have my full order ready. GO TO WAKEFIELD location around corner

rude lady at drive through verbally threatened me for never serving me again because I couldn’t move in the parking lot. Honestly I was shocked and it was very unprofessional and just disappointed and embarrassed for this establishment.

They were busy, and the woman taking orders at the drive-through was either stressed out or just a miserable person. She was quite rude while taking our order. Food came out fairly quick and window service was a little friendlier.

This was a horrible experience my other half went through the drive thru to get coffees for himself and I. Upon ordering he forgot a coffee when he pulled up to the window and asked to put in another coffee the female worker at the window says we don’t do that here it’s company policy you’ll have to come inside or go around. Which is extremely unprofessional because that doesn’t seem like a policy that dunkin has. As I would never tell a paying customer to have to go around and wait again for a coffee that takes two seconds to make. This is how you will lose dedicated and loyal customers for service like that.

I went through the drive-thru this morning. I order an ice coffee as always, I ask at the board, to stir my ice coffee. As I pulled up to the window all the sugar and caramel was thick and visible at the bottom of my cup. It wasn’t stirred. I asked again politely if someone could stir it. The young girl at the window laughed, and instead of handing the coffee off to someone else to stir, she took it and crouched down under the table with it, as if i wasn’t looking, and shook it! I drove off to park to go in. As I began saying I wanted a refund, the Manager asked me what was going on. I proceeded to speak and the young lady started yelling over me as a child does, accusing me of getting an attitude! I was heated at this point and yelled back at her, asking if she knew the difference between stir vs shake. She told me I shouldn’t come to Dunkin’. As she was yelling and being a psycho, lighting the fire under me, i told her she shouldn’t be in customer service at all. I was trying to maintain my politeness to the young man at the counter and towards the manager. This is unacceptable period! She was working the window. There was no need or reason for her to laugh in my face upon my second request to stir the sugar and Caramel that layed there in the cup. Nor was it her responsibility to fix it. And finally the yelling she started because she wanted to validate her mistake and not own or take accountability for her actions was absurd!!! Back in the 90s, we stirred the ice coffee, always, period. Why with coffee being nearly $4 a cup, do we even have to request someone to stir our coffee??? It’s common sense, just like when you make Kool-aid. Do you leave the sugar on the bottam and drink it without stirring??? Anyway, I will make my own from here on out!! Done with that location for good!
