Yeah these reviews are accurate haha….
I don’t know if this woman gets PAID for any leftover meat at the end of the night, but as a subway regular I can tell you that a fit long gets more than FOUR slices of meat and THREE tomatoes…

I even said “Hey, uh, can I get a couple more tomatoes…?” because my sandwich had about an inch between each one, and she threw ONE more on. My sandwich was 90% bread haha

I went to the store this afternoon, and waited an hour for my food.

When I got home my Turkey Sub had no meat. When I asked for a refund, the manager and the employees blew me off and said they couldn’t process a refund. Hands down the worst customer service. Every employee there demonstrated complete incompetence.

Was out today from a Doctor’s appointment. I drove around looking for a Subway. I didn’t want to wait untill I got home. So I remember this one . The lady was very helpful with my grandson’s order. A gentleman was working on mine. I wanted a BLT with six extra strips of bacon. The gentleman halfway cooked the bacon so I asked him if you can cook it crispy. I think he was a little ignoring bye my request because he couldn’t get the timer on the oven correctly. I also asked for extra onions and spinach which is a handful for me. He went into explaining that he is supposed to put six leaf of spinach on the sandwich. Look I pay $9 for a 6-in sandwich because of the extra bacon. And he had a fit because I want an extra spinach. He went into fit. I didn’t want tomatoes and I’m sure tomatoes cost more than spinach.

The service is so bad. Like they don’t want to work here. The worker was counting money then wrote down figures , used a calculator then asked what I wanted. I said thank you.. she said nothing. I had to laugh because that was the worst service I’ve ever received in Richmond.

All these 1 star reviews are not lying. This Subway location is the worst. The manager is supposed to lead and his workers will follow. However he, the manager is rude and hostile and needs a crash course on good customer service. They will take your money and not give you your food or refund. I highly don’t recommend them.

ordered ahead and order was completely wrong. I was the only person in there and the only online order there. Went back in to address the woman working and showed her the receipt stapled to my bag that clearly indicated my order.. said “hm” and then made the new sandwich, barely toasted (still cold), bread still doughy, was talking to someone on her airpods the whole time. Not expecting gourmet food or top tier service but at least would like 1) what i ordered 2) how i ordered it.

Having never patronizing this particular Subway location. Approximately a week ago, I placed an online order for a couple of subs, which unfortunately never arrived. Upon contacting the store and speaking with the manager, I was met with a rather unfavorable attitude. He mentioned he would need to consult with the owner to determine the appropriate course of action. When he returned my call, his demeanor was quite rude and hostile, attributing the issue to Doordash, suggesting they may not have had available drivers to pick up the prepared subs. Subsequently, I contacted Doordash, who informed me that the refund had been processed but sent to Subway since I had placed the order through them. Today, I contacted the manager again, and his stance and hostility towards me were quite disheartening, especially considering I was simply seeking a refund. He reiterated that they had not received anything from Doordash and, therefore, could not assist me. Considering he is aware that I did not receive my order, it seems reasonable to simply refund my money to satisfy a customer and then pursue reimbursement from Doordash. I certainly will not be choosing this location for any future online Subway orders or in store orders for that matter. Additionally, reaching someone at Subway’s corporate office appears to be quite challenging.

The rudest little woman I ever had the displeasure of purchasing a sub from. She gave me a hard time with everything. I asked for my sandwich to be a little extra toasted. she fights me on it. She was too stupid to figure out how to even charge me for my steak and cheese sub. had the audacity to tell me I ordered incorrectly and should have said “philly cheese”. I thought it was “subway, have it your way. Simply terrible.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The person who took my order was cursing at me under her breath the entire time. I’m not sure what happened before I got there but that kind of behavior was absolutely uncalled for.
