This Subway location is small, but nice. Clean and located on a nice little corner. They have the normal selection of chips, drinks, and cookies. The dine in area is fair plenty of chairs and tables. The service was great the sub maker was very polite and energetic. Overall good location.

The worst experience EVER. Never going back again. Rude to customers and her own employees. Burnt the pizza didn’t have any option for bread. Drink machine was not made an option. No cookies made. Just HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING.

Nice friendly staff. Food was as expected and everything appears to be freshly stocked and as you would expect. The reason I took one star is because parking wasn’t the easiest to find. I parked behind the building not sure if that’s okay or not. That being said I’m not from the area so I’m not familiar with the area or how things work in the area.

Ordered online and came in to wait at pickup and saw 5 people in line. Employee asked me if I was picking up and I said yes and gave my name. He mumbled something and went to the back to call someone. He apologized to everyone saying he was the only one there. He went back to his phone and 4 people in line walked out. He started looking at the online orders and went back to his phone calling his boss or someone. The last person walked out and someone else walked in. The employee started taking the new persons order. I was upset and the employee could only say he was by himself. My order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago and I waited 15 minutes. After he took the order he went back to his phone and a doordasher came in and I told him the situation and he waited a bit but ended up leaving. The employee started my sandwhich after I eventually pointed to my online order receipt sitting on the counter. Two more customers walked in and he told them he’s sorry he’s the only one here and then they left too. I tried to empathize for employee and he did tell me that he was here since 6am and has to work until 9pm. I took the sandwich back to work and it was about half full as usual. I’m not sure where the problem is, but I saw almost 10 people walk out and 3 sandwiches made in 30 minutes. This store was recently renovated and the place is beautiful now. I hope the problems get fixed soon.

The customer service and attitude of the two making the food was very good, however they really need some work on their sandwich making ability. My son’s sandwich was a job in and of itself trying to get it made right. I ordered the protein bowl and both my chicken and bacon was cold, which I saw them heat it up so I don’t know how they managed to pull that off.

Went in today to place an order and had a negative experience. Off the bat, they were missing the Italian herbs and cheese bread, but I understood and didn’t mind and proceeded with the order. There was a young lady there that handled my food in a way that absolutely revolted me. Not only did she basically throw my the toppings onto the sandwich, when she was adding the sauces, she literally squirted it all over the sandwich. Not even adding all the sauces that I requested, she ignored my request to add salt and pepper as well. After she made her mess, she said with an attitude, “anything else?” I couldn’t help but chuckle at this type of customer service. I told her I no longer wanted the sub and to have a nice day and I walked out. I felt bad but I wasn’t about to give my hard earned money to an unappealing mess of a sandwich.

Fast service, an overall average Subway. Only minor complaint is the toasted subs don’t get toasted that much, but that’s just a small detail. Good place to grab a quick meal.
