I would give a bad review. The lady that did our order didn’t ask what size sandwich we wanted. And put my husband sandwich in a bag to toast it. They when my husband asked for lettus and other things to put on his sandwich she couldn’t do that.

Very rude. Canceled my order because a promotion was going on and I had a coupon on top of that. Proceeded to yell that he had a business to run. They need to shut down that roach infested place anyway if their sales are as bad as the look of the veggies!

The couple that own the place have a below average customer service. The husband particularly have no personality, no morals or principles of what customer service means. When my mother was trying to have conversation with them in he gave rude answer instead of responding politely with some maturity. His wife was above average welcoming nature.He converted a shopping environment into hostile bad energy environment.I know a business is not run by one customer but definitely they won’t see us coming to spend our dollar again.

Honestly the only reason I’m giving this place four stars is because the young lady that made my food was completely ALONE during dinner rush, and handled herself VERY well. She was an absolute pleasure despite the pressure she was under. Did I mention it was her 4th Day!!!! Whoever owns/runs this store should definitely commend this young lady

First of all, they don’t follow instructions when it comes to preparing food. Very little food is put on the sandwich for the price. They’re not very friendly until you pay and then they want to talk you to death and thank you for coming all in the same breath. Sometimes convenience isn’t everything. I will save my money and go to the location on Richmond Rd where they know how to make a sandwich.
