Received coupons in the mail (I live local to this store) and went to get my lunch and they have a sign, NO COUPONS. This is really frustrating as I am a local resident who received them in the mail but then you can’t use them. They are pinching every penny. They send coupons, get you in the store and then you can’t use them. Such a joke! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS PLACE IS SELFISH AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!

I ordered a foot long spicy Italian for my mom and when I brought it home she said it was beautiful. She’s really picky about her sandwiches so to me that’s high praise. This Subway consistently is out of items. The service felt very rushed. I know it is lunch time and people are in a hurry but when you squirt more mayonnaise onto a 6 inch than there are toppings, that was very disappointing. That just ruined my lunch and further reinforced why I avoid this particular Subway.

I have always had a good experience, however, not today. Signs on the door and on the glass above the meats state that masks are required. But one man behind the counter had no mask. The other one didn’t have the mask over his nose.

I regularly come to this subway with my 90 year old grandma. They know her! They already know what she wants to order and they always cater to her needs! I recently visited a different subway in the area and they were not kind and willing to work with my grandma! I could not be happier with the service I received at this subway! Food and customer service is good with the exception of this white female currently working there. This is my 3rd time there and each and every time she either complaining about the job or rushing the customers with their order. It’s very uncomfortable for me and I’m sure the employees working with her are uncomfortable also.

Extremely rude Grayson informed me at 9:30pm on 04-06-2018 repeatedly that he is closing soon and I need to leave before I even had a chance to order. When I ordered he said he didn’t have anything other then the ends of tomatoes and preceded to be sarcastic and just throw stuff on our subs. The sandwich were so bad and falling apart. Please train your employees in customer service. Their is no excuse to be rude at anytime.
