We purchased 4 footlong subs for dinner from the Gordonsville VA Subway app. They messed up our order and refused to correct it when presented with the receipt. The sandwich maker said that we would have to pay for them to remake the 2 sandwiches that they messed up. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your hard earned money here.

For the third time I went in today after ordering online and being charged to find the owner and who I assume is his wife or family member pretending to be baffled that they could find my order …..while I audibly listened to the ding of the online orders on their P.O.S going off I’ve worked at subway so I know the sound they say there and simply ignore it till the order times out .
another guest had the same issue as well…..this is constant anytime you use rewards or promo they cancel or let your order timeout .
hoping you’ll pay full price once you arrive after already being charged but then not having your order or food.
Subway needs to take away these franchisee stores and operate the business themselves this is why company is failing btw
It takes subway corporate like 5 days to refund you so don’t make a big purchase or your just out of luck for dinner that day

I was pretty impressed with this Subway. Good size serving. Good service
It’s the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been to. Floors were really clean and not sticky like some places I’ve been to. The restroom was exceptionally clean as well. We’re not from around here but if we ever come back to this area, will definitely eat here again for sure.

I accidentally order at the wrong place. When I called to see if I could be refunded they hung up on me because he doesn’t speak English well. Then I called back to see if I still can come at-least get the food and the person refused to speak with me and kept saying call manager in morning. So then I called in the morning to speak with the manger and he also doesn’t speak English well told me he can’t refund me because they’re was a “coupon” used. And then preceded to tell me my food is still here and I can come get it. Didn’t offer to even REMAKE the food, he will only give me 12hr old food.

Don’t be fooled – the cheap owners refuse to take Subway coupons and made up some rediculous excuse about that. The food was OK but they do not deserve your money. Go someplace else.

the worst sandwich I have ever had. Roll was NOT 6″, the meat in the Philly cheesesteak was tough and unchewable. I normally like Subway, but not this one. And just generally unfriendly.

They are not following the guidelines for making the bread. This is leading to bread that is dry, and a crust that flakes which makes a mess. This has happened more than once.
