If you want to order Subway online, then don’t choose this place! My orders always get messed up. Every. Single. Time. Don’t even think about giving them calls to complain, they let it go to voicemail or just straight hang up the phone. Also hella skimpers too! As a former Subway employee, I’m ashamed of this particular franchise. I just ordered today via Doordash and never got the footlong cookie I ordered. The past times I ordered were spicy italians, but they gave me BMTs instead. Terrible service all around.

This Subway franchise creates good subs, but is shortstaffed. There is usually a line of 3-4 people when I come in, so perhaps they should consider having two employees up front rather than one. Apart from the lack of staff, they make sandwiches well and employees are nice most of the time.

Lady was extremely rude to my son and nasty. We put in a mobile order while sitting there and saw we got a free cookie. My son got up to ask if we could get our cookie with the order and she yelled at him. Hen told me it was the situation. It was a three sub order and a cookie how stressed out can you be that you are rude to a boy asking for a cookie? Thanks for making a dinner meal experience HORRIBLE. Then to blame us because your stressed then to blame is for sitting in there waiting and supposedly my son sneezed. His mask was on the whole time. It’s not like he could run out into the lot to sneeze. Rude rude ride

This woman who made my sandwich came from the back when I entered store, looked like she was cleaning because no other customers in store. HER GROSS SHIRT kept touching my food (3 times total) and I was so tired from a road trip and STARVING, I should have made her redo it. But I didn’t want to get anyone upset and now I wish I did, because I got sick for 2 days straight because of her. Teach your employees not to LET ANYTHING touch their food!!!!! Plus, she didn’t wash her hands. You are supposed to wash hands then put on gloves.

Customer service and the man’s attitude were terrible from the beginning. I walked in and before ordering I asked the difference between two subs and rudely the man answered like as if it was an issue that I had a question. I proceeded to order and he seemed to have an attitude, he asked what toppings I would like and I simply asked for mayonnaise and lettuce. I asked for another stripe of mayonnaise and he acted as if my request was a life ending request and poured a huge glob and quickly looked up to see my reaction because he knew he was in the wrong and if it weren’t for his attitude he may of not done that. Subway has gone downhill in the past few years and terrible employees like the one I had to deal with today aren’t going to make customers return. I chose to walk out and won’t be returning. Customer service seems to be an issue in past reviews so this may be something management should focus on improving.

Sandwich was good however I ordered online and I was made to get the 20 oz bottle of soda instead of the fountain drink I ordered. I was told I couldn’t get the fountain drink that was CLEARLY listed on the receipt they gave me. Btw working in the restaurant industry the bottled soda costs much more than the fountain drink I wanted. And he watched me to make sure I didn’t get that fountain soda either which in his eyes cost much more he looked 13 so he probably didn’t know the difference between bottled and fountain.

Had ranch on my sub, it was the most meh ranch I have ever had. The rest of the sandwich was pretty good. Miss honey oat. I feel bad for the staff as they weren’t exactly the most friendly and I am sure it is partially due to having to wear masks and that you can’t see smiles.

6″ was smaller than a hot dog roll. Gluten free option in a bowl was $16, for half full bowl. Worst ever, steer clear. Staff was friendly and courteous.
