i wish i could give them zero starts. worse service in my life. i went to take my daughter and friends here for her birthday. Upon ordering a two liter soda with pizza for dine in i was told i would have to pay 1.50 cent per water cup for the soda to be poured in the cups. Crazy right for a dine in service with a soda big enough to feed a whole family. once the food was brought to the table i then noticed there was no sauce for the bread sticks after asking a manager for some i was told i need to wait because she was helping people in line i ask well we have had are food for about ten minutes now so we have already waiting since the girl next to you is not doing anything can she get the sauce for my kids she continues to tell me no and actually never gets the sauce for me i had to ask an employee for the back to get it and she laughed and told them to not get it i only received my sauce after saying i would post on yelp for a bad review. I will never return to the location again! She was unprofessional and had no customer service at all!

Absolutely the WORST pizza I have ever gotten at Pizza Hut in 40 years!… I ordered THIN CRUST… it was not crispy and flakey…it was as tough as shoe leather….the bottom wasn’t even toasted…its like they ran out of thin and substituted something….I barley finished one peice…it was kot a typical Pizza Hut pizza…just unedible…that what I get for ordering in Lancaster…should’ve known better

I don’t know if this applies to all Pizza Huts, but the one in my area has really gone downhill. I had a “Supreme” pizza and over 2 slices there were only 3 slices of pepperoni. Almost no meats or cheese and the vegetables were terrible.

The guy answering the phone was super rude, to say he lacked customer service skills is an understatement. I paid the $2.75 per pizza for extra cheese and the pizza clearly lacked extra cheese. When I asked about the cheese he rudely stated she probably put the extra cheese on the bottom. Will never be back to this Pizza Hut they need to change their staff. I almost went to a different Pizza Hut after my experience placing the order on the phone alone. The only reason I did not is because I was running late.

I placed my order and waited for an hour before picking up.staff had a mistake and one of my pizzas was not made when I arrived on. Site to pick up my order Julie at the front desk was kind enough in order to point out the mistake and offered to talk to her manager on my behalf to obtain credit for the pizza they did not make.

I ordered a Big New Yorker this evening at 30. i received it at 945. Not only was it late but my pizza looked like someone shook up the box and my pizza was twisted. I do not give tips upfront but I give them on delivery which makes me think this was deliberate because they didnt see one. I will never order here again and rest assured this will go to your social media sites

I haven’t been happy with the last two orders. It seems like the crust is thicker on the stuffed crust and even with added cheese it seems hard. I usually order a cheese pizza stuffed crust and occasionally with some veggies.

I have been going to this location for years. In the last two years, I would say that they have lost almost everyone who worked for them that was worth their time. I tried to call to inquire about my order being over 40 minutes late only to be brushed off and never even asked about what order it was. They could’ve let me know at that point that they did not have half of my order out for delivery and that I would not be able to get it but instead they brushed me off. No more.
