Super sweet staff at the subway . It’s such a weird set up with having subway , handy mart and a Dunkin’ Donuts all in one in such a small building . I got to see a friend that I haven’t seen in a while working at handy mart counter so that was super nice ! I’d come here again ! Plus it’s a one stop shop for food , coffee and snacks ! Only complaint is the lids for foundation drinks at subway don’t fit .

I walked in and the handymart worker was sweeping and didn’t even speak , it was 7:30 pm and I walk over to the subway and I said oh r u guys closing? He says yes I’m closed I said funny I thought you guys didn’t close until later he said no sorry . I check online and supposed to b open till 8pm very disappointed

Best customer service I’ve ever received. I usually always feel rushed and here i was not. Food was fresh and put together with patience, and the place was clean. I’m definitely driving the extra 10 minutes to come to this subway instead.

First time ordering online thinking I could trust to have sub done right. Since I could not leave work, my co-worker was nice enough to pick it up for me. Shortly after I get and take a few bite I noticed they forgot the meat. Honest mistake if they were busy, I tried calling them 7x and no one ever picked up. I now have to leave work having more time deducted and also in trouble with my boss. Please provide a number that you guys will answer, I’m very dissatisfied with the service I got.

Bread is hard and not fresh. You can tell that the counter is an afterthought. The glass has greasy finger prints, the cutting boards are flithy, seems like the employees feel its ok to put minimum effort into their job because there is no supervision ..so what does that say about the cleanliness. I will never eat there again.

I love the Subway sandwiches. Lately, we’ve been taking advantage of the buy one footlong and get one free footlong they offer on Fridays. I always use the Subway app so I can earn additional dollars on my purchases. Service has always been good.

My 2nd or 3rd time coming to this subway in the past couple of years. The young man Josh gives the upmost customer service and actually acts like he wants to make your sub. I appreciate it young man and if nobody has ever told you .. keep up the excellent work!!

Walk-in waiting to order and her two employees talking amongst each other did you know that blah blah blah went home with covid last night and she I don’t care I don’t feel sick that’s ridiculous first off this is still a serious illness and why would you talk about it out loud among the customers ❄️ went to Sheetz for a hot dog instead

I just saw a video in your store. One of your employees was filmed calling a customer out his name and it was VERY racist. With today’s climate on racial issue this shouldn’t of even happened. I hope she is handles accordingly and if not just expect a dip in your revenue. Got to be very draining to be a racist.
