I ordered via door dash a sub and chips. As I’m finishing up my chips, I turned the bag around and noticed it had opened up at one point and it was taped back up. Which makes sense as to why I would get a mixture of stale and fresh chips. Completely unprofessional! Just toss the chips if they ripped opened.

The ac was out today. The 2 employees were still smiling/nice. But it was atleast 10-15 degrees hotter in the store. It should’ve been closed. It was just way to hot and stuffy. The young lady making sandwiches was a trooper, still smiled and was nice. Sweat on her forehead.

It’s a good subway, other than a lady (who I think is nice) that always closes the place 30 minutes before the actual closing time and leaves the door unlocked and the lights on. If I was a robber, it would be empty by now. Overall, it ok.

Always have friendly staff HOWEVER….they were literally selling cucumbers that were turning brownish yellow with that slimy look they get when going bad. Will definitely go to any Subway but this one. Good thing Sheetz is so close

The older lady working here isnt very nice, she does not like when you use coupons! However, the younger girls have always been awesome, & I think the ladies son (im assuming she’s the owner) is super cool & helpful!

Usually decent service. Bread is ALWAYS burnt and dry. On National Sandwich Day none of the employees mentioned if I bought a drink I could get a free sub. Terrible customer service.

Hours are incorrectly posted. Door says open until 10pm. Doors locked at 8:05pm with no other signs advising of changes.

Constantly closes early, over hour early. Never open past 8:20 when it says closes at 10. Awful.
