Every time we go here we are disappointed. Bread is so stale and you have to beg for vegetables. Management offered to make it again (after we were already home). Not worth driving back. Just ask for fresh bread.

Got a sub last week.
The bread was hard. They never have any soup available. Figured i’d give them another shot today Placed an order online my order went through. They took my money The online order told me it was ready. I go to the store and they’re closed. No sign saying that they will be closed for today.

Staff is not knowledgeable on how to make subs , whispering to each other over top my sub while making it. Not a comfortable situation being the customer. Past few experiences here with mobile orders have been horrible as well. Always wrong . Disappointing, this used to be my favorite subway. Never a disappointment. Guessing there is new staff or management .

Been a few times to this location in the last 4 months and the order is alway wrong. Last time my son had 3 hairs in his salad. Today 3 out of 4 of our subs were completely wrong. My husband went back took them back in and the older lady said are you really serious I need to remake these subs! Then yells were is the 4 o’clock crew the lady said right here she threw the subs down and said remake these and she left. The lady who remade them was very nice and apologized so many times. But the owner reached out to us the last time but he doesn’t care about his customers.

First and last time going. Thought I would patronize my local subway but that was a bad idea. The staff is short and rude. I went yesterday 7-20 and the young lady seemed like she was having a bad day. I decided to come back later in the day 7-21 and it sadly was not any better. Save yourself the hassle and find another subway.
