Went here as I was visiting family in King George. Service was quick, and my sandwich was prepared very nicely. By far the best steak and cheese I’ve gotten from any Subway. A female employee named Summer was very kind and got my sandwich started, meanwhile a very polite and kind employee named Jackson rung up my order while the sandwich was being toasted. He was very friendly and made the sandwich perfectly. The cookie I purchased was nice and warm, meanwhile the sub (and the service) was absolutely perfect

Honestly everyone here has been super nice. I’ve read other reviews about attitude and service, but I would have to disagree. I’ve worked in the service industry before and I understand “attitude”, but remember these workers also put up with the BUYER’s attitude also. I haven’t seen any of the other customers treated badly while in the establishment. I’ve gone in a couple of times and I’ve have had Carrie and Cameron. They’re the sweetest individuals and they work hard. Keep working hard and don’t let others bring you down. 5/5 recommend this place.

This is probably the best subway I’ve been to. Carrie prepared my food and she was probably the nicest employee of any food chain I’ve gone to. She had a very positive attitude and friendly nature that would make me go there again. She made a pretty awesome sandwich too. I’d give this a 6 out of 5 if I could.

Just went here for lunch, and Matt waited on me. Matt should be commended for a job well done. He made the sub just the way I asked for, and asked any questions needed to ensure it was made correctly. Very friendly, and extremely helpful. This is usually the norm for the folks in this store, but I feel Matt just went out of his way today.

This is the worst subway I’ve been to. I wanted mayonnaise on my sandwich but it tasted gross. I called the next day and told them what happened, the manager made it seem like it was my fault for not liking the sandwich. “Why are you calling now instead of the day you had the sandwich? We made the sandwich in front of you, so I don’t understand why you didn’t like it.” I tried calling the day of, but nobody would pick up the phone! She said “if you bring your sandwich back into the store and show us you didn’t eat it, I’ll give you another sandwich.” Yelling at me the entire time, I never seen horrible customer service as bad as this.

I wish I could give the a Zero star instead of one. Worst experience ever in a Subway. We asked for a foot long sub but they only had enough for half. We asked for a different half and they said they had to charge us full price on both halves… because they were different. Because they ran out of what we asked for. Very, very poor customer service.

Non professional customer service, this subway runs put of bread before 8om, ordered 3 carved turkey subs was 40 dollars and some change for the footlong subs get home to eat them and for a footloose sub to only have two pieces of meat on them couldn’t taste the turkey at all.Call and talk to the manager and she doesn’t even take you serious, sends you 3 coupons for a 6inch sub and can’t even spell your name right.In there last night and order a footlong , meatball and cheese sub and you can’t eat it because the meatballs are like rocks and that’s putting it nice. This store is killing Subways rep
