Sign said open Monday-Sunday 8 am to 9 pm. When we got there today at 7:45 pm, the employee there said that they closed already. When we pointed out the sign to him, he got really angry and started yelling at us. Horrible customer service. Photo shows the gates closed- time stamped 7:48 pm Saturday 9/3/21.

On 5 /1 /23 at 2 PM I purchased a hot dog as a part of the Subway/Aunt Anne’s franchise. The hot dog at Aunt Anne’s that I purchase was hard on the outside and overcooked on the inside. I went back inside and spoke with the sales person and they provided me with another dog and that hot dog also was overcooked. I was going to ask for a refund but the salesperson seemed a little frustrated so I decided I would post that the hotdogs had definitely been sitting over the allowed time (I used to work in fast food). I won’t be purchasing anymore food from this venue $5 dollars down the drain..however my stomach is safe

I purchased 2 subway gift card for $25.00 each. The recipient tried to use it, no money was either in each card. Spoke to the manager, gave me the run around. Refused to help out to allocate my money. I tried working the situation with this particular manager several times. I came in to purchase a meal on the 26 of July. Spoke to one of the night supervisor and another employee. They told me that, the manager can easily fix the problem. They have records of all the receipts/ transactions, he can allocate your money and fix the problem. They advise to speak with him again. They also told me that he will be at that location the following day. He also falsified any information from me I requested the Subway corporate number for the location and gave me his dad’s number instead. Long story short his particular Subway stole/ took $50.00 from me and refused to give a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!
